We purchased a used Honda Pilot from Boch Honda. The sales staff was friendly and we were not pressured during the process. On the second day after the vehicle was delivered to us we had transmission trouble, the dashboard light was flashing with a check transmission warning light. We called the dealership and spoke with Bill about our issue with the vehicle. Boch Honda came to our house to pick up the vehicle, they replaced the bad transmission and a week later returned the repaired vehicle to our driveway. They gave us a one year warranty on the work, we couldn’t be happier with this dealership.

Purchased a 2025 Honda pilot EXL it is so smooth. The 10 speed automatic works flawlessly if you’re in the market for a midsize SUV I highly recommend you take a look at the pilot.

The new 4th Gen taco. It took some time to grow on me. But the style is much better then other mid size trucks on the market. It's great truck for what you need to do with it. With the massive 14 inch screen all new digital dashboard. New interior seats. Nice wide body shape. And it handles extremely well on the roads. Sure I wish Toyota would have made the rear leg room little wider. And added a step to the bed area. But overall it's a great a truck. The performance of the stock 2.4 turbo charge engine will move the truck.

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

I wasn't able to make it to the dealership before the service center closed but Andrew stayed late, waited for me to arrive and took his time reviewing the service paperwork with me. Ross the vehicle inspector did a comprehensive and honest review of my vehicle.

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

I appreciate the low pressure and honesty of this dealership! I was really taken advantage of by a different local Toyota dealer and refuse to do business them anymore. So, I called Falmouth Toyota to see if there was any way they could help get me out of my bad lease and into the vehicle I had originally wanted. They were quick to respond and gave me honest information. Unfortunately, I am stuck with my vehicle for another year or so but I am really looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Falmouth Toyota! Based on communications I have had with them about my situation, I am confident that I will be well taken care of. Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Have always owned the Odyssey. Still probably my favorite. Pilot is beautiful inside and out. I got the black edition. Could have more vents for a/c and storage space. Rides quiet and smooth. Easy to drive long distances. Averages about 20 mpg

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

I was comparing a Cadillac XT6 and the Honda Pilot Touring. I drove both vehicles over the same rough stretch of interstate road, with rough concrete and noisy expansion joints. The Cadillac was 67.2 dB in the rear seat. The expansion joint could be felt, but not a jarring bump. The Honda was 67.2 dB in the rear seat, with the same feel when hitting the expansion joints. The Honda was markedly larger. Both width and interior height. With the Honda having a better long-term reputation for economy, reliability, and cost of maintenance, it was the obvious choice for me.

Thay got right back to me with all the information I requested. Their price on the car was way above what these cars are trending.
