Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Our 2014 Passat, which has less than 65000 miles, has had only oil changes and a new set of tires, was past due for some love and care. The repairs were made and we are very happy with the results. The service department is amazing. We had an issue with our upholstery and were given a referral, since they are not able to assist. Communication with Matt was amazing. We were aware of what was happening with our vehicle during the entire process. The shuttle driver was lovely. We have every intention of keeping our Passat for years to come and they will definitely be the ones to carry out our maintenance and repair needs. We only wish Volkswagen made a hybrid van.

Are salesman took the time to listen to what it is we needed and what it is we wanted. He gave us all kinds of options. He asked us about our preferences. He walked us through or was available on the lot and what we could order online. The entire process is relaxing and amazingly efficient.
