Serra Lexus Lansing review
Ron Dodd gave us Exceptional Service—Fast, Honest, and Stress-Free. I’ve had good customer service before, but never like this. Ron Dodd and the Lexus team went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. My wife had only 30 minutes to complete a trade-in and financing for a new vehicle before traveling, and they made it happen—efficiently and professionally. Even when I made a mistake on the mileage, the team handled it with flexibility, ensuring the process remained stress-free. Their dedication and honesty made this the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be back to see Ron again, and if you want service that truly puts the customer first, this is the place to go!

2026 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
WE purchased 2 Mitsubishi clipse Cross automobiles from Billy @ Vision Mitsubishi of Webster the end of June '26 We could not be more pleased with the dealership, the sales person and the total experience. WE were treated wonderfully by our sales team and they went the extra mile to deliver both the same day. Went back with a small issue, which was corrected promptly and again treated very well by the service team. great people, good product and great dealership. Thank you Vision auto group for making this a good experience

Although it was a long process, it was worth it and I am pleased with my 2023 Seltos. Neil Miller is the epitome of a great sales person. No pressure and he cares. He takes the time to ask questions and does his best to ensure that you get what you want at the price you want. He was just as patient with me and the back forth as I was waiting for the vehicle to arrive. He is my go to person!!! Thank you Neil!

2026 Jeep Compass review
My wife finally considered to get a new car after considering another pre owned purchase, she loved her pre owned Jeep Patriot, now with 146k, we decided bc it served our family with reliable and still does, she found the Jeep Compass the next generation Jeep Patriot. The look and luxury interior is next level value and reasonably priced. We went with the 4x4 limited with the panoramic sunroof, white exterior with the sport black top, black graphite wheels and black durable leather interior with a navy blue stitching makes this car sporty but with luxury. The interior seats are durable enough we won't be worried about traveling with our dog! 200HP 4 cylinder turbo is ideal with average 26 miles per gallon effecient. We are extremely happy. Huffines Plano, Texas, Frank, was awesome to work with! We have now purchased 3 Jeeps from this dealership, my father n law has purchased 4 Jeeps from them over a 20 year time period.

2026 Lexus NX 350h review
My first Lexus ever ,the car I traded in towards this NX350h Luxury model was a 2023 Toyota Venza Limited hybrid .Loved the car and the MPG on the Venza was top notch incredible in town mpg better than expected thus the reason I purchased the NX350h was hoping the hybrid MPG would be close to the MPG I got with the Venza.Have only 650 miles on it thus far and it’s doing extremely well with the MPG as well .Love the car and find it quieter and more comfortable and slightly more responsive than my 2023 Venza .Thus far My rating would be 10 Love The Car as much I was hoping I would .

Serra Lexus LansingReviews
Serra Lexus Lansing review
My neighbor had a Lexus from Lansing a few years ago and had a great experience so I stoped in. I delt with Morgan the sales consultant and Tony the manger. They were both knowledgeable and very helpful. My neighbor was right. These people really know what they’re doing and the car is AMAZING. I live my new Lexus and the rest of the staff was so pleasant. Thank you everyone that helped my family become a Lexus customer for a very long time.

Bentley Omaha review
Jonah was very professional and knew his stuff, not pushy and let us look at all the beautiful cars at the dealership. The dealership was spotless and very inviting. We went in to look around with no intention of buying but left with a Bentley Bentayga!
