I bought a 2026 Tiguan SE R-Line Black FWD on 12/06/25. After 2 big road trips and 2825 miles I’m averaging 29 mph and love the overall seat comfort, performance and feature set. This is my 5th VW/Audi, following an ‘87 Golf GT, ‘05 A4 Avant, ‘09 Passat and ‘12 Golf TDI 6m wagon. This generation Tiguan has recaptured a lot of the old VW magic: thoughtful design, higher-quality materials and smart packaging. It feels like it should cost more than it does! It drives more like a lifted wagon than an SUV/crossover.

Per my extend extended warranty, I have got to do maintenance at certain intervals. Ford of Murfreesboro, and especially Jay in the service department have been instrumental in making sure that I?m able to get my vehicle in, serviced in a timely manner, and back on the road in a quick and efficient manner. Cannot say enough good things about these guys! Jay is on top of it, sending me text messages and voicemails as to the status and updates on my vehicle. You know where you?re at at every step of the process. These guys really do set the standard. Have been to several local Ford dealerships, and can say I?ve not had the same level of service. If you are in the market, for sales or SERVICE, Ford Murfreesboro is it! Ask for Jay, he is the best service advisor out there!

Josh from the service department was excellent! The diagnosed my truck within a day of it being towed in, had me an and plan with timing, and back on the road within 4 business days after a major repair and parts ordering. They contacted me on open recalls and knocked all of them out at the same time. Josh text me frequently while they had my truck so that I could follow along with the process and made my alternative planning that much easier. I can?t thank him and this team enough!

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Good as always - I go out of my way by 25 miles to go there.

My 2026 Buick Envista is a delight to operate. I love the heated steering wheel and heated and cooling seats. The slick dash board is easy to read. The trunk lid has three choices for the distance the lid will rise when opened so I can set it to open safely in my garage. I like the blue stitching on the inside doors and seats. It matches perfectly with the Aquamarine Blue Metallic outside color. The ability to start the car from the outside is another favorite feature. The back seat passengers are comfortable. I thank the designers and give this new car 5 plus stars. I am very happy with my selection.

If you go here, ask for Madison! She made us feel like we were the most important customers and was quick to give suggestions and answers. I went in with a lot of knowledge on what I was looking for, but she knew enough about the truck I mentioned to suggest other models that would fit my needs as well. She is very compassionate, knowledgable and professional. Sam also assisted in our sales process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. When it came time to discuss finances with the floor manager who spends 30 seconds giving a price on used cars, I almost walked away. I was lied to and insulted significantly, regarding our trade-ins and knowledge on pricing. We felt we were given the run-around and, had my fiancé not stepped in to mediate the conversation, I would have walked away and withdrawn the idea of ever purchasing a truck from this Murfreesboro GMC dealer. We also got home and found that our loan had been written for $2,000 higher than we agreed to - luckily they fixed it, but what if I hadn't caught that? Overall I am glad I purchased from this dealer, but I think my positive outlook on it would have been much different if we hadn't started off on the right foot with Madison.

I have to thank Jay at Newton Ford South. My wife has wanted a truck every since I bought my Ford Ranger but she wanted something smaller that fit her better. Jay took the time to let us drive the newer Ranger but it still didn't fit her. A few minutes after we returned from the test drive, the delivery truck rolled up with 3 new Mavericks. Chase got one of the truck and had it at the front door in a blink. They grabbed tags and we took off for another test drive. When we got back Chase had all the paperwork done, we had traded my wife's car in. There wasn't any haggling on price. Chase had given us a great deal right from the start, a more than fair trade-in value and everything was transparent which is sometimes hard to find. By the time we got through signing papers with Travis and a few jokes, her truck was clean and ready to go. I am usually the worlds worst at buyers remorse but this is one purchase that was so non pressured, honest , and informative that I had no doubts as we drove away. A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Once again it was a very pleasant experience working with Anna Williams. She kept me updated on the progress of my oil change. Anna also reminded me of upcoming maintenance for my car. 10 Stars ✨

About 2 months ago I went to the dealership for an oil change. Have an appointment at 11 o'clock in the morning. around 12 want to go see the service adviser asking where my car was at, he went to go To find out where my vehicle was at. It was still in the parking lot. All they had to say was they were sorry. I waited an hour and I had an appointment and nobody did nothing about it They haven't even started the oil change at 12 o'clock.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

I came in for routine maintenance and Stan McNabb did their usual great job - I drive 50 extra miles to use their service department because I trust them to take care of my car.
