Brought my son's Acadia in because one morning it would not shift into reverse and the CEL came on. It seemed to fix itself as the CEL went off. I brought it in anyway to be sure as it did show two codes. Eric and his team thoroughly checked everything possible for a day and a half and determined it was fine but he wanted everything well documented in case it happened again and it was out of warranty. They never were able to get the CEL on while at the shop after driving it for a bit. Great work by Eric and the tech's who worked on it.

This vehicle is so beautiful, the space is perfect. The modifications in the car are amazing. The vehicle drives very smoothly, perfect to take on a road trip.

The appointment for our 2003 Mazda Miata was on 4/6/2022. The wait was especially long; not sure if it was due to overbooking for oil changes or what, but at the end of the day, the best thing about it was working with Richard Smith! He kept us informed of the status of our vehicle because RICHARD SMITH IS "DA BOMB!" 5+ stars!!!

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

I come from a long line of Hondas and Toyotas but my new 2026 Palisade Calligraphy is the best driving vehicle I have purchased to date. My previous vehicle was a 2019 Toyota 4Runner and I can tell a very noticeable improvement in power (which really wasn’t even that important to me). It has the most beautiful, sleek, and innovative interior and drives and rides unbelievably smooth.

The new 4th Gen taco. It took some time to grow on me. But the style is much better then other mid size trucks on the market. It's great truck for what you need to do with it. With the massive 14 inch screen all new digital dashboard. New interior seats. Nice wide body shape. And it handles extremely well on the roads. Sure I wish Toyota would have made the rear leg room little wider. And added a step to the bed area. But overall it's a great a truck. The performance of the stock 2.4 turbo charge engine will move the truck.

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

Mike Beck and Nolan LaRose were very helpful through the steps of the most recent vehicle I am leasing from Feeny. This is the first time I am driving a vehicle that is not a Chrysler or Dodge, but now a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited. With needing seating for at least 6 to 7 people, the vehicle and its lease was more affordable than my previous Pacificas while offering a 6 passenger 2-2-2 format. I have worked with Mike Beck on my previous lease of a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L series and loaded. Loved it and almost purchased it. Some lucky owner will be very happy as I always take care of, and give good service, to every car I have had.

One of the best experience I have had buying a car and this is my 9th car purchase over the years. Cedric was great, knowledgeable and genuine. I bought the Calligraphy Edition. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. The driver's seat has a massager for your back and seat. This feature is designed to keep your body comfortable during longer drives. The 3.5l engine is thirsty for short trips, but reasonable on the highway. My version has door cam feature where any one near the car will be recorded. I like the all down feature for the windows with a touch and hold of the unlock button. Nice when it's hot out, but not a useful feature in a high crime area. I have the 7 passenger arrangement of seats, and the middle and back row can electrically lay flat offering much room for your stuff. The front turning signal are big and segmented. When turning one the vehicle will cause them to flash on top to bottom while the center bar light is in motion providing a Knight Riderish effect. The environment has dual climate controls in the front and separate climate controls for your rear passengers comfort. I have a tow bar with connectivity for electrically controlled brake trailers at 5000lbs max or non braking trailers 1000 max. The infotainment system provides guidance. This is only available when not using android auto and apple play. Notifications though will show. I don't have a roof rack, but one can be bought at Hyundai dealerships. Finally, all the driver assistant features work as expected, i.e., keep lane assist, cruise control assistant, steering assistant, with HDA. The heads up display conveniently keeps you eyes on the road while providing important information. The infrared facial camera reminds you to keep your eyes one the road. And a notification to keep your hands on then wheel when the steering assistant is in use.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Had a oil change and tire rotation on my Toyota truck and the service I received was outstanding. The service department kept me informed on what was going on and asked before doing anything extra. Truck was clean inside and out when handed back to me. I would highly recommend DeeryBrothers service department and appreciate the great service I received.

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks
