Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

We always work with Alura, and she is fantastic. From the moment I reach out to her to schedule appointments through getting me through them. She is friendly and kind and warm. Love her. She makes the visit easy.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. Two weeks ago I bought a 2026 tundra 1794. Came right off the showroom floor and took it home. I spent over 25 years in the retail car business… Most of the time as a general manager. Though I bought several new cars over the years for kids and Exes this is the first new vehicle I’ve ever owned myself. And I have owned a boatload of cars over the years, but never a new one. I Actually went out to buy a used tundra V8. I found more value in the new tundra. And after I spoke to the gentleman who traded in his 2020 Toyota tundra V8 for the new tundra, and an extended test drive, I too was sold. My wife loves the heated and massaging seats. Plus, there’s heated seats in the back. I don’t know if spending over $70,000 for an any new pick up truck is smart or a good value, but I do know I love it. It’s a beast on the road and fun to drive. We took my elderly aunt and uncle to lunch in the pick up… My uncle stated “ it’s like you’re riding in a Cadillac” I now find myself creating reasons to run to the store. I question my sanity because how many loads of bread do we really need in the freezer? Hope this helps. Go drive one for yourself.

My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

They are very professional and take you on time. Very good staff to work with. They do quality work and I will continue to take my Tacoma to them for service.

I recently purchased a 2025 4Runner from Modern Toyota of Boone and I can't say enough about the professionalism of my Sales Advisor, Kevin P. He patiently answered the multitude of questions I had regarding the vehicle and overall created a very pleasant buying experience. I wanted to purchase some accessories for the vehicle and have them installed. There were a few hiccups concerning part availability when I arrived for the installation, but my Service Advisor Alura C. made it right. I appreciated the actions she undertook to have correct parts shipped to the dealership and for them to be promptly installed. I had purchased an older 4Runner from Modern of Boone in 2011 and I can honestly say that the high level of service provided then is still the standard they operate under today.

The dealership employees are all very nice. We left the car had lunch and cane back. I love my Subaru and would highly recommend this dealership.

I love my new Subaru hybrid Crosstrek comfortable bigger screen, easy to manage everything right at your fingertips has plenty of zip and go. gas mileage is great. What's not to love?

I had our palisade serviced and the service department was outstanding. They were friendly and although very busy they completed the work in less than an hour.

My household has owned many new cars over the years and previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe. The 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid has been amazing so far. Comparing it to the Toyota, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen in its class, we thought the interior was hands down the best in class. The amount of features included even outclass many in the next step up. Very quiet on engine noise and a nice smooth ride. We opted for the Atlantis blue exterior with the light gray interior and it looks great. We also like that the styling sets it apart from all others on the road. So far averaging 34 mpg and we are good with that. Super comfortable seats. The only nitpick would be that the driver attention warning, while using highway drive assist, is pretty aggressive and sometimes warns us to watch the road even when we are. Highly recommended.

I brought my vehicle back in because of some vibrations and noise. They quickly resolved my problem. Handled it professionally! This was my second service to keep up maintenance. So far so good… very satisfied!

Overall top marks for the dealership, special mention for the sales rep Diana. A great place to spend hard earned money. Normally it’s hard to recommend a dealer, not this time.
