This was my first time buying a car out of state and John Reyes made it as smooth as possible. He was always answering my (many) questions in a very timely manner and there were no hidden costs or fees. I had an issue with the shipping company, but that is a 3rd party which shipped my car from Texas to California so that is not his fault. He also said I would not need to go to the DMV, but that was not quite true (I had to go once for a VIN verification appointment). Assuming he did not know that, I would say this was an overall good buying experience, especially for my first out of state purchase. Overall would recommend (again, my experience was completely online (out of state), John seems like a very nice guy and will answer all of your questions and give you a no-BS out the door price. Receptionist Yolanda Benavides was very nice. The day was so hot and was glad she directed me to some cold water. They even had snacks.

Our 2nd RAV4 (since 2014) was purchased brand new from Cobb Co Toyota only 3 weeks ago and I’m very pleased with this loaded 2025 xle premium build quality, comfort, tech features and drivability thus far. Walked around and Timothy the salesman asked questions, and come to find out I bought me a brand new ram 1500 skeptical, bur got it done!

I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

The only problem in this truck is no power seat and heater control only does one side . Real view mirror is to small . Other than that great truck !!

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

I recently visited Cavender Ford Dealership in search of a new truck. Living in Galveston, TX, I had done a lot of research on the best deals in Houston and nearby cities, and I quickly realized that no one offers deals quite like Cavender. They not only beat the competition on the price of a new truck by a significant margin but also gave me a fair trade-in value for my vehicle. Overall, my experience was somewhat mixed. On the positive side, if you’re looking for an unbeatable deal on a truck, this is definitely the place to go. The sales team, especially Michael McClinton, Noe Aguilera, and JR Ortega, worked closely with me and were instrumental in helping me secure the beautiful truck I had my eye on. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, making me feel like they were genuinely trying to get me the best truck for the best price. Their approach was knowledgeable, friendly, and refreshingly low-pressure, making the entire buying process smooth. However, the dealership fell short when it came to management and after-sales service. Unfortunately, the management team did not uphold the same level of customer service as the sales staff. I encountered a few issues after the purchase, and their response was much less helpful and timely than I had anticipated. It felt like their interest in assisting me dropped off significantly once the sale was complete. Some promises made during the sale weren’t fully honored afterward, which was disappointing. After taking delivery of the truck and returning home, I noticed one of the hubcaps was missing. I contacted the dealership the next morning and provided a photo I had taken while at their location to prove that the hubcap was already missing before I left. Although the sales team was eager to assist, they were unable to get any answers from upper management. Fortunately, I had the picture as proof, so it should have been easy for them to send me a replacement. However, it took nearly a month of countless phone calls, text messages, and even speaking with a manager named Manny, who rushed through our conversation and falsely promised to overnight the missing part, before I finally received it. I bought a brand-new truck, but after noticing the missing part, it felt like I was driving an old truck, and it took away the excitement of having a new vehicle. Management or ownership didn’t acknowledge the issue as significant, nor did they make any effort to address it. They didn’t offer an apology or attempt to make up for the disappointment I felt about losing the excitement of my new truck. In summary, Cavender Ford is an excellent choice if you're after a great deal and a positive buying experience. However, be cautious about after-sales support, management and ownership and make sure to get everything in writing before leaving the dealership, as their management and ownership could definitely improve in this area.

The Cavender auto buying experience was outstanding. I cannot recommend Kaleb and Jennifer enough. They were very easy to work with and up front about everything.

This is a great dealership to do business with. Very down home! I have purchased 3 vehicles in 3 months. Seguin Chevy was by far the best dealership I worked with. I highly recommend them if you are in the market! Sam is a great saleslady!

I have to be honest. I had lost all hope in dealerships with my experience with Lonestar Dodge. They really messed my vehicle up, I was able to prove it was them, still did nothing to make it right. I bought a Traverse back in December from Vara and I was extremely impressed with their service from beginning to end. Recently, I had to take it in to get its first oil change and service it needed, and the way Johnny Perez treated me and my vehicle was top notch. It really restored my faith with big name dealerships. He walked me through step-by-step, showed me everything they would be doing when the vehicle was finished, showed me what they did. There were no surprises, no hidden charges. In fact, I paid nothing for everything they did to my vehicle, that first time as it was all complimentary. Francisco, my salesman even came to check on me while I was there to make sure I got my plates went and put them on for me...Bottom line is, if you're not purchasing your vehicle service senior vehicle from vara, you're missing out. I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.
