Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

I love everything about this car! Except the CVT system. It's giving me problems now. Go back to old transmission!! Love these cars though! The CVT tends to break down alot faster than the older normal geared transmissions.

I'm a first time car buyer and was getting very upset with my experience in buying a car. Most all the dealerships were acting like I was a nuisance, not a guest. If I asked for something they sighed and made a face. I was getting highly upset and was about to just not buy a car at all. That's when I was driving by Nissan of Norwich and decided to try one more dealership. I was not really a Nissan guy and had always owned Jeeps before this, but what does it hurt to step out of your comfort zone and try something new? I was greeted by Richard Parker who ended up being my sales associate I worked with through the entire process. I came in just as they were closing without realizing it. But he still wanted to take the time to help me out and test drive not one but two SUVs - Nissan Rouges. After test driving the 2014 Nissan Rouge, I fell in love! No more Jeep for me. I came back two days later and worked again with Richard and Eric in the finance office. The banks originaly did not approve me for the Black Rouge I wanted, but Eric called them up and used the dealerships great track record and good relationship with the bank to advocate on my behalf. It was AMAZING the magic this guy has. He actually got me Approved!! I drove away in the car I wanted! These folks at Nissan of Norwich are truly professionals and know exactly what they are doing, and they do it with Style. I can't explain how happy I am that I am in that vehicle. Unlike the other dealerships, they actually took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to match me with a vehicle that completely fit my needs and my budget. They were respectful of my time and what I could bring to the table and really put the effort in to make the deal happen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle. They actually have a used 2012 Plum Nissan Rouge, that was my second choice it's a really nice vehicle. It won't be there for long though, I'm sure it will sell fast lol. Saw vehicle on the internet on a Sunday. Called and AMY answered. Based on her accurate information she invited us to the lot the same day. We drove 2.5 hours and test drove the Honda CR-Z. AMY made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was an excellent deal for the price offered. The car did need brakes and a light. AMY made sure the repairs were done to perfection. She communicated via text over the next few days. Always answered instantly. The car was ready when they said it was. Everything completed as promised. Paperwork was painless. By Wednesday evening I was home with the car! AMY was a professional, the business did what they said. No Gimmicks, no false promises, no issues!

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Patience, just a little patience - and you'll be treated right too. All the best to customers in need of a new used vehicle!

The car looks good and drives nice. This is my first non American brand and hope I have good luck with it. The options are a little off but I will make do.

We have now had 4 leases, with the last 2 at Middletown Nissan, and both times now we've had good experiences. I can't speak for others but we are overly satisfied with our experience here a month ago. Carlos Barassa negotiated our purchase and went above and beyond our expectations. He was pleasant to negotiate with, and ended up selling us a Rogue! He was knowledgeable about the car and all its features. For the month we have now had the car, the auto has performed as he reported it would, and is becoming the favorite of the four cars we leased over the years. We owe a great deal of thanks to Carlos. Sara Chamma, is the Business Manager who prepared our financing and was also a major player in our final decision. Very professional with a deep understanding of how to run her position, and she has a sweet personality as well, which is very helpful to people who are spending a lot of money. Everything moved with alacrity from beginning to end, and we spent the least amount of time here than at any of the other trade-ins. Overall I think Carlos and Sara, make Middletown Nissan look like a well run company. Thank you both, again, and we will be back when we are ready to negotiate another lease.

Alex excellent salesperson very patience and honest. The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

Overall it was a good experience! I had no issues during the process as everything ran smoothly.

Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

Just got the car about 3 weeks ago (2017 SR model) and enjoy the car so far. This care was replacing a 2015 Mazda 6 (std. transmission) that had 230,000 miles on it when I traded it in. So to have a "new" car is fantastic. So far gas mileage has been at about 33 MPG, although I think the acceleration vs. my old car is somewhat lacking (manual vs. auto), but can't complain. The sound system is OK, but will be replacing the stock system with upgraded aftermarket speakers and deck. I just hope it lasts as long as my 2015 Mazda!

Everything else, I like about this car. HOWEVER, the backup camera is the worst I've ever seen. I can barely see anything from it to being totally worthless. No, it's not just my car, every Altima (6th generation) has the same problem - I checked out several Altimas on the lot. Prior to this I had a 2015 Altima, it was great, I could see anything regardless of the lighting condition. The new Altima's camera has an adjusting feature and it seems to be stuck on the lowest setting. The techs act stupid and tell me well all the other cars are the same...well duh!

i bought a used car from the dealership in March 2017 and just went back and bought a brand new car the end of February 2018. i would never go anywhere else at this point. after having not good experience at other Nissan dealerships, I looked online and saw that Harte had a few of the Rogues we were looking for. I inquired online and made an appointment for the next morning to look at these. We went into the wrong building but ran into Scott MacDonald who was more than helpful. He right away saw we had an appointment, and got us right into the cars to look at. There was no pressure but lots of information, we decided to purchase a vehicle and Scott was able to get us financed, and out the door in a timely manner.
