Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

I found the vehicle on Cars.com site and it was what I was looking for. Low mileage and a fair price. The dealership was responsive and timely regarding scheduling an appointment. Everything seemed to go smoothly and I took the truck back today to have the windows tinted which was included with the purchase. I felt like I got a good deal based on the pricing I had seen previously. Overall a good experience but I was surprised to see so many people wearing shorts and I understand the weather is hot in Texas but it was surprising.

The car looks good and drives nice. This is my first non American brand and hope I have good luck with it. The options are a little off but I will make do.

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

The dealership did an excellent job with the maintenance job. I went in earlier than my time but they took care of it right away. The waiting area was comfortable. They updated me about how much longer I would have to wait and answered all my questions.

The cars are recommended, I have not had any problems, but I give the credit to the salesman at Wesley Chapel Nissan (Randy Torres) thanks for his timely advice and dedication 5 stars to him.

Loved my new professional experience with Simon S. at West Houston Subaru. We were his 3rd sell that day and made him a Hero with sales. Honestly, he was our hero, as he took such fabulous care of us so close to closing time. Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Mark Sabalburo answered our initial internet request about a particular Jeep we were interested in and was super kind and attentive. Because of this I drove 160 miles from where I live to the dealership to meet mark the next day and after test driving the Jeep I was signing paperwork within 45 minutes for exactly what I was wanting to pay. This car is the xxxx, the steering wheel pulls in and out for adjustments, I don’t like the radio it’s not loud enough but that is my only complaint.

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. Great service at BMW West. Joanna keeps us informed about everything and makes sure all that needs to be done is taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. My daily driver is a suburban , wanted something easy on gas , found a great deal on a one owner 2020 Altima in mint condition , not something I'd shop for but it was a great deal and I just wanted something good on gas , on a recent 600 mile round trip this thing averaged 42 mpg. I'm impressed. I'm not impressed with the exterior , too much Cheap plastic , but that's with most vehicles these days .
