I had a such a wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 bmw x6 in January. I had no plan of getting the car I thought I was going to experience another rude salesman’s so I was just going to see it in person and really didn’t want to talk. I was totally wrong. Jayson was amazing and very professional. He had lots of patience with me. Jayson’s energy was amazing, so much so where due to unforeseen circumstances I was shopping for another car.. Since I had such a great unexpected experience with Jayson I said I have to go back to him even though the dealership is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from me and I was referred to another dealership 15 minutes away from me. I called him and said Jayson let’s make magic again after telling him what I was looking for.. Well yesterday that was what we did. I purchased a 2023 bmw x6 with the M sport package (my white diamond) Jayson once again was simplyyyyyy amazing, alone with MrJR, one of the managers, Mr. Bobby another manager and Mr. Don the finance manager. Thank you guys so much.. Jayson was a call away and talked to me while he was off.. I told Jayson I wasn’t taking that drive to the dealership unless we could make magic with that car, he said don’t worry we will and we DID💃🏽 Another great experience . Wonderful people who made a horrible experience turn into an amazing one that was worth the drive anytime.. Looking to get a car definitely ask for Jayson Robertson, he is truly that guy!! 2023 Nissan Armada review
This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

2019 Nissan Armada review
Purchased recently because we needed a bigger car. We looked at Tahoes and Expeditions but we didn't want all the technology that can go wrong. The good about the Armada is that it's very comfortable, heated & cooled seats work great, has plenty of power and a nice V8 grumble, it looks pretty cool, features work well and it's been very reliable so far. The bad is that the power third row takes forever to operate, you can't see anything out of the back at night even with the cameras, the infotainment is pretty dated, steering is vague, and some parts of the interior feel a bit cheap. The gas mileage sucks which is to be expected from a big truck like this but they didn't cut corners with the interior like Ford and GM! MSRP was $66,540 and we got it for half with under 50k miles!

Bill Hood Ford review
I was traveling through the area and had issues with the car overheating (auxiliary fan was not coming on [faulty relay]). The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. I could not be pleased with the empathy which was shown knowing we were stranded and needing to get back on the road. Staci, Mike and David went over and beyond to see that we were fixed and ready for our 12+ hour trip. I am/was so pleased with the work that was performed on the vehicle. I am always looking for individuals like these, who want to make sure they do/did everything they can to make sure the customer is take care of.

To whomever this concerns: There’s a salesman at the Bill Hood Bargain dealership whose actual name I’m not exactly sure of his actual name ..might be Dionte..but to me his name is Saginaw. I went to his dealership interested in a 2013 Lincoln but left a week later with a 2019 Ford Fusion!! I’ve never been given a reason to praise a car salesman I’ve dealt with EVER. However,Saginaw is thee exception. I truly had the best car buying experience that I never thought could exist!! He was extremely attentive and pleasant with phenomenal communication skills. He responded promptly to all my calls & texts and that’s a rare find when dealing with car buying. Also the financing magician Jerrod also deserves a round of applause!! I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing. Great job guys and yes, when I’m ready years from now to buy another car, I will return to Bill Hood and hope yall are still there to offer yet again your greatly appreciated service!!

2020 Nissan Armada review
Back in April 2022, I rented a 2021 black/chrome Armada SV from a local rental agency for my wife, 13-year-old daughter, and I to drive from Reno, NV to Prestonsburg, KY. A distance of nearly 2,300 miles one way, but we wound up putting nearly 7k miles on the car during the 9 days we had it. We had actually ordered a mini-van for the trip, but the person returning the mini-van the day before we were to take possession of it had accidentally broke the rear window. Therefore, the only large vehicle left was the Armada. Initially we were unhappy with this choice as the cost of gas was way up at this point, and I knew the Armada had terrible gas mileage! It advertised 19 MPG on the highway! However, my family fell in love with the voluminous interior, great driver seating position, leather interior, and amazing power! My wife has a long history of back issues and she had never been on a car ride of this length without suffering some pain, but she really did not feel any discomfort in the Armada. With the normally aspirated V8, putting out 400 HP the Armada felt very powerful, and prompt at delivering all the power needed for the moment. We typically cruised for many miles at an average speed of 80 MPH, and never felt the least sense of unsteadiness, or untoward behavior from this 4-wheel drive vehicle. Our actual MPG ended up averaging 16 MPG, but despite that both my wife and I are determined to buy our own Armada soon!

2026 Nissan Armada review
've been wanting an Armada since 2004. Purchased one 2 weeks and absolutely LOVE IT. The acceleration is phenomenal. The size and style is amazing. I got a black one with almond interior. The exterior / interior really makes my Armada stand out. The sound system is great. The leather seats are very comfortable. The digital dashboards are quick and easy to use. Out of the 3 generations, the 2026 is just top-level. Maybe I am biased because it's my dream vehicle. I fell in love with the Armada when it first came out in 2004. I kept saying one day I'll get one. That one day finally came. I love my Armada. I can't recommend them enough. Only negative is the gas mileage is not great. It's not terrible unless you have a lead foot. But one wouldn't buy an Armada for gas efficiency. I bought mine because of the size, style and power. Really love my Armada.
