This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

Amazing full size suv, spacious, comfortable, filled with technology. My platinum is excellent to travel with 2 small dogs and golf bags. Not fuel efficient for 2023 gas prices. Well, will keep my amazing toy no matter the gas price. As a Nissan employee lease member, we try and change cars every 7 to 9 months, so far the armada is my top 2 behind the Infiniti qx60.

I travel for my job with a 10×6 enclosed trailer and have put many miles on this beautiful beast. Its taken my family camping on the beach, picked up family members and luggage at the airport. It has power and speed when needed with lots of comfort! At 115,000 miles(50,000 when I bought in 2019) and proper maintenance, im confident I can double that milage!

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Vehicle has the size we need for the young grandchildren and storage is great. DVD is a very BIG hit with my kids. The wife signed off on it also and that is very important.

In fact, there are times that I have returned the next day for service on my 2017 Pathfinder. He actually demonstrates his friendly enthusiasm towards me as as a customer, and he is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the service of my vehicle. Once again, on this visit, the estimated time of delivery, once again the vehicle was ready prior to the time processed. Rafael goes beyond the normal, as he keeps me posted during the service.
