excellent customer care and service. My car was totaled. Normally, the shop has no incentive to care for it. But Manager Gustavo Reyes was dedicated to follow through the whole thing and help me greatly, even as he knew there wouldn't be much money for the service.

Polite no haggling staff, team should be commended for their service. I did an online appraisal and was happy with the offer. I went to the dealer to have truck inspection, within an hour truck was sold, paid off and I was done.

Yes my mom took my jeep renegade (2022)to Helfman Dodge service on Silver road . When i say they did a wonderful with cleaning the outside, rotated the tires and oil change. Melissa was very friendly and courteous the other staff was as well. Thank you guys Stephanie Ingram

I recently bought a 2014 BMW X5 from Hue - he was very attentive and helpful. I had a 3rd party inspection completed prior to purchasing and they gave good marks for the car. I have received many compliments on how new the car looks despite being over 10 years old. The owner, Kal, offered top-dollar for our trade-in and even offered us fair money for an older car. The purchase process went very smoothly with Trice, and the dealership was very responsive when I needed some help with a trailer hitch. We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. This SUV was a STEAL!! You basically got an INFINITI QX80 - same engine and Horsepower for about $28,000 LESS. If you needed to have the LUXURY BRAND BADGES and GRILL, spend the extra $28,000. As to the "Expert's Review" she was DEAD wrong especially her summary on handling. With that 390HP V8 the Armada is quick off-the-line and is quiet and comfortable on the Highway. Handling is "more like a sportscar - and not trucky like an SUV" - my wife's summary of it. As to turning, anytime at an intersection, if you have to make a U-Turn, the Armada turns tight. I totally disagree with the "Experts" review. Handling is quick and responsive. My wife summed it up best- it does NOT drive like a truck and she is only 5' and loves driving it. We have about 84,000 miles on it and no problems. Changing Oil and Filter, Battery, etc. regular maintenance only. As to handling - we DID put on Bridgestone Duelers tires which may respond better than whatever the "Expert" was driving on. I would recommend the Armada over a Cadillac Escalade any day. We test drove, the Escalade, Denali, and Tahoe as well as the VW Toureg before buying the Armada. ALSO NOT MENTIONED was the extended warranty you could have bought directly from Nissan on this truck for an added price $4,200 for Ten Years/120,000 miles. This is a great truck that drives more like a sportscar. With what we saved on NOT buying a Luxury Brand like Cadillac or Infiniti - we bought a loaded Altima 3.5L (V6) with the money. The wife prefers driving the Armada than the Altima because she sits high in it and can see over cars in front of her.

Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.
