I never thought I would enjoy driving a large vehicle but I love this car I feel safe and the car holds its own on the road a great vehicle. The car has many features I for one is constantly learning the ride is comfortable, and relaxing I believe this will be my lady car I purchase. I bought a beautiful 2017 chevy Trax for this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car of my own so I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect at first. When I got there the facility was gorgeous. And the staff was super kind and helpful. Henry (my sales rep) as cool and patient he made the process easy and simple. This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

Amazing full size suv, spacious, comfortable, filled with technology. My platinum is excellent to travel with 2 small dogs and golf bags. Not fuel efficient for 2023 gas prices. Well, will keep my amazing toy no matter the gas price. As a Nissan employee lease member, we try and change cars every 7 to 9 months, so far the armada is my top 2 behind the Infiniti qx60.

Back in April 2022, I rented a 2021 black/chrome Armada SV from a local rental agency for my wife, 13-year-old daughter, and I to drive from Reno, NV to Prestonsburg, KY. A distance of nearly 2,300 miles one way, but we wound up putting nearly 7k miles on the car during the 9 days we had it. We had actually ordered a mini-van for the trip, but the person returning the mini-van the day before we were to take possession of it had accidentally broke the rear window. Therefore, the only large vehicle left was the Armada. Initially we were unhappy with this choice as the cost of gas was way up at this point, and I knew the Armada had terrible gas mileage! It advertised 19 MPG on the highway! However, my family fell in love with the voluminous interior, great driver seating position, leather interior, and amazing power! My wife has a long history of back issues and she had never been on a car ride of this length without suffering some pain, but she really did not feel any discomfort in the Armada. With the normally aspirated V8, putting out 400 HP the Armada felt very powerful, and prompt at delivering all the power needed for the moment. We typically cruised for many miles at an average speed of 80 MPH, and never felt the least sense of unsteadiness, or untoward behavior from this 4-wheel drive vehicle. Our actual MPG ended up averaging 16 MPG, but despite that both my wife and I are determined to buy our own Armada soon!

The manager is so cool we laughed and I harassed him and we laughed more. He?s a great guy. I?m sorry I can?t remember the name of the salesman but he was so nice and cool. The people are friendly and kind. I?ll be going back there to service my CRV, I love it.

Purchased recently because we needed a bigger car. We looked at Tahoes and Expeditions but we didn't want all the technology that can go wrong. The good about the Armada is that it's very comfortable, heated & cooled seats work great, has plenty of power and a nice V8 grumble, it looks pretty cool, features work well and it's been very reliable so far. The bad is that the power third row takes forever to operate, you can't see anything out of the back at night even with the cameras, the infotainment is pretty dated, steering is vague, and some parts of the interior feel a bit cheap. The gas mileage sucks which is to be expected from a big truck like this but they didn't cut corners with the interior like Ford and GM! MSRP was $66,540 and we got it for half with under 50k miles!

Seats go completely flat to provide huge cargo space. Raised a family of five over 15 years and used it to haul many items that other SUVs could not handle. Plenty of power. Only drawback is gas.

Purchased a 2021 Passat from Autonation USA Wesley Chapel. It had some mechanical issues. This dealership is amazing. They fixed everything and even gave me us a loner to use for the 2 weeks they had the car. Jason, Alex, Nate, Ramone, and Patrick are excellent.

The buying process was easy and straight forward. I felt as if they were open and honest about my trade in and purchase based off the research I did before arriving. This car saved our lives in snow mode in a snow storm. It was bought for towing and the engine is everything we hoped for. A little uncomfortable in the seats, a spring in the bottom seems to hit in the wrong place.
