I have a 2023 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 crew cab. I test drove the Honda Ridgeline before buying the Nissan. Honda is a car not a truck. Nissan has a steel boxed frame, Honda is a uniframe tack welded. Both vehicles have the Mercedes transmission. My Nissan Frontier is a great driver. It feels like a truck and is a comfortable ride. My Frontier can tow 6700 lbs not that I would max tow with it. All other small trucks are turbo charged nightmares. Very satisfied with my purchase and I’m a picky person.

One of the best experience I have had buying a car and this is my 9th car purchase over the years. Cedric was great, knowledgeable and genuine. He really knew the product and took the time to explain everything. We looked at the car Friday evening and we came back on Saturday and we were able to bring the vehicle home that day. Great truck,has a ton of features. Gets a lot 20% better gas mileage than my previous truck Bought used but has a ton of features. Happy I stayed with Nissan.

Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.

I'm fond of smaller trucks, had 3 Rangers over a 20 year period. Lost interest when they stopped production. However ownership of a large dog caused me to reconsider a truck's utility over our SUV. The Frontier crew cab with fold up rear seats provides easy access and a safer environment for our pooch. The ride and handling is quite good, power is more than adequate. The truck is a real pleasure to drive, although steering is on the heavy side. One of the few items that could be improved. I own the SV model with leather interior, love that feature as a dog owner. Perhaps the best feature is the price, typically 1,000's less than the competition. Must say the Frontier works well for me and certainly should serve the needs for most truck buyers.

I’ve now bought two cars at Salem Ford. They are a class act. Both times the salesperson was top notch, most recently Mike “Salty” Saltman. The GM Armando Rodrigues was especially kind as well. I knew him as a youth playing baseball and basketball with my boys. What a fine and accomplished person he has become Will do business here forever

I looked in depth at number of mid-sized trucks and landed a final decision on the Frontier Pro-4X. I previously owned a full size truck but the large size for keeping in garage, parking and navigating parking lots was getting to be a real pain. I also owned a previous Frontier model but the new updated one is just so much better. The overall ride is smooth but you still get the feel of a truck. The exterior look is the best in class and technology is up to date. Navigating the controls has both manual and touch screen functions. I like to be able to control the heat/AC with manual buttons as well as the audio. The Pro-4X trim is both appealing and worth the increased costs. My only negatives are the front seats could be a bit more comfortable and the passenger seat should come with an option to be power seats.

Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. He started at one number and the next day that number went down when I asked for number to possibly go up. First time I?ve ever had that happen. So I was done dealing with him and was planning on going to another dealership. Then I figured I?d give them one more shot and Amy Rodrigue and Nancy Vega made my experience as I would have expected. They were super responsive and listened to me explain my issues with original salesperson. They made the purchases of 2 cars extremely easy and from start to finish everything was put together in just over 24hours. Between me and my parents we have purchased many cars from Salem Hyundai and the relationship was almost going to end going forward but Amy and Nancy repaired it very fast and professionally. My Buick dealer had gone out of business unbeknownst to me and my “shift to park” would not shut off and prevented me from turning the car off. I had a Nissan 6 years ago and was treated well at Coastal and George Sullivan and went there. Although my car is a GM George and the wonderful staff saw to my needs and the shift assembler was obtained and fixed. Kudos to George Sullivan(no relation!.
