Great Experience w Ricardo F. ! I came to this dealership with the possibility of getting a newer one. Ricardo was patient, made us feel comfortable, and was relatable the entire time. My fiancé and I kept going back and forth on what vehicle to purchase and if we should go through with it based on the payments. Ricardo showed us the pricing for both financing and leasing for the Platinum and SL. He worked with his Sales Manager, Jonathan G. to get us the best deal possible. They were all patient and professional. Even Ed Trott, the finance advisor was super friendly. We came with a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL AWD and left with a brand-new 2023 Nissan Rogue! Def recommend this location!

Check in was confusing as all personnel were very busy. Check out went smoothly with an explanation of what was done. Very happy with the dealer and love my MURANO.

Wow, what a great facility, people, and overall operation! They did a great job welcoming me, getting me situated and updated and my car repaired. I want to thank the 2 young ladies at the parts counter and Joseph the parts manager for all their help getting my rubber car mats ordered and in my hands. Very pleasant experience. My repair consult was Mario. He was most polite, informative and accommodating. He had all my requests taken care of and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. Sending me home with transport and having me picked up when my car was completed.

I just want to thank all of the service team of Nissan for being so kind and supportive to me today. Today was my husband's birthday but he has just recently passed away Jonathan Garcia was so kind to call me and check up on me to see how I was doing and making sure I was okay and to see if there was anything that he could do for me.
