Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

I have a 2023 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 crew cab. I test drove the Honda Ridgeline before buying the Nissan. Honda is a car not a truck. Nissan has a steel boxed frame, Honda is a uniframe tack welded. Both vehicles have the Mercedes transmission. My Nissan Frontier is a great driver. It feels like a truck and is a comfortable ride. My Frontier can tow 6700 lbs not that I would max tow with it. All other small trucks are turbo charged nightmares. Very satisfied with my purchase and I’m a picky person.

I apologize for just writing this about RYAN as I was here a month ago .But I have to write this.His customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL .I CAME IN inquiring about Tires as i.had a donut on my car due to.a blowout I REALLY WAS SEARCHING FOR THE BEST PRICE ON 2 TIRES. Great truck. Fits in your garage. Has a real frame. Made in Canton Mississippi with 86% American made parts. The big three can't claim that. Nicked named the Beast. They aren't kidding.

The sales staff is very helpful and made sure I was completely informed. Everyone is friendly and seem to care about their jobs. I felt no pressure!

The Frontier King Cab has served me very well. It has been completely reliable and has met my varied needs. I have hauled many kinds of loads in the bed and have taken advantage of the additional length available over the Crew Cab. That said I wouldn’t want to take a long journey sitting in one of the rear seats, but having that space readily available for carrying “stuff” has been an advantage for me. Had no issues with towing a trailer. Over the three plus years I have owned it I have had just one warranty issue that was resolved by the local dealer; otherwise it just had routine maintenance. During that time several strangers passing by have commented on how they liked the look of the truck.

Great mid-size truck. We bought it in November 2022. I had to replace the throttle positioning sensor and that is all. 4.0 auto 5 speeds. It woud do a better if 6 speed, but I still get 19-20 mpg if I baby it. The 6 cylinder has good power at over 260hp. I recommend the frontier. My son has a 4 cyl 1997 hardbody now for 12+ years. Both trucks are great.

I love my Nissan Frontier SV 4x4.. I have 24,000 miles on it with no problems but a back door lock issue that was repaired. The Nissan dealer was great. It’s very comfortable and drives like a luxury suv. I have no complaints. We had a Tacoma before and it was so uncomfortable. It has a lot of getup and go. Fun to drive. I am very happy with this truck

My service consultant is Michael, so Mike “check engine light on “ checks as “Catalytic converter malfunction “ can you check Proguard Warranty “ if covered to replace/repair ? Tank ya suh, Melvyn Jordan. Also the switch/ motor or window is covered by warranty and need to be fixed.

I went from a 2015 frontier pro4x to a 2020 frontier midnight edition only thing the midnight didn’t have was gps xm radio the truck has more power better handling in my opinion no problems with this truck

I bought my 2022 Nissan Frontier pro x in August of 2022, loved it then and love it now I use it to go to work every day on average 120 miles a day, I have 52,000 miles on it and absolutely and I mean absolutely not one problem, not even a dead battery or ran out of gas. I'm very happy with the truck and the gamble I took because I originally was going to get a Tacoma but I saw the new Frontiers and I just had to get one. Hopefully it stays that way.

Excellent experience with the service department. I was surprised they had such a nice waiting area with snacks and delicious coffee. My service advisor Varick provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and went over my tires, battery, and more. Everyone I encountered was friendly and made me sure I was comfortable. I feel like they really care about the safety of my vehicle and my business.

Great truck,has a ton of features. Gets a lot 20% better gas mileage than my previous truck Bought used but has a ton of features. Happy I stayed with Nissan.

I'm fond of smaller trucks, had 3 Rangers over a 20 year period. Lost interest when they stopped production. However ownership of a large dog caused me to reconsider a truck's utility over our SUV. The Frontier crew cab with fold up rear seats provides easy access and a safer environment for our pooch. The ride and handling is quite good, power is more than adequate. The truck is a real pleasure to drive, although steering is on the heavy side. One of the few items that could be improved. I own the SV model with leather interior, love that feature as a dog owner. Perhaps the best feature is the price, typically 1,000's less than the competition. Must say the Frontier works well for me and certainly should serve the needs for most truck buyers.

Good space efficiency in cab, nice quiet at highway speeds. Like tailgate extender and cargo security rails. My midnight sv doesn't have premium driver's seat

I have to say, this was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. Sales people were extreemly knowledgable, cheerful, and not pushy. Maybe even more impressive were the mechanics- probably the most experienced mechanics I've ever delt with- and in 40 years of driving and working on cars, that's saying something. Where else can you go and try out a dozen cars from as many different companies, all in one place.

Had it 2 weeks now. Driving it is effortless. Handles well. We always get a 2 or 3 year old vehicle and let someone else take the hit. This is 5 years ago but in great shape AND 2 or 3 year olds were close to a trillion dollars so Musk can get those, not me. Put a cover on the back already and will install running boards today (my wife's NOT tall). This is for a short commute to work but mostly to tow our camping trailer as we're creeping up on full retirement. Tucson gets HOT for about 4 or 5 months and I've already paid my dues. Ha. Interior design is fine, I don't need fancy. Great sound system. Lifted enough for rough roads out in the sticks. 1st 4 door I've owned. Luvit. Had an 01 King Cab that was bullet proof. Sold it eventually because I'm not that bright. Recommend it to anyone.

Taylor Lynch made my wife me feel comfortable when searching for a good used Honda. He did not attack us like wolves do in the brand name dealerships . Very busy dealership. They have an overabundance of automobiles, very congested parking lot. Unable to make a suitable deal on the vehicle I wanted. Salesman was very good and tried to be helpful.

I looked in depth at number of mid-sized trucks and landed a final decision on the Frontier Pro-4X. I previously owned a full size truck but the large size for keeping in garage, parking and navigating parking lots was getting to be a real pain. I also owned a previous Frontier model but the new updated one is just so much better. The overall ride is smooth but you still get the feel of a truck. The exterior look is the best in class and technology is up to date. Navigating the controls has both manual and touch screen functions. I like to be able to control the heat/AC with manual buttons as well as the audio. The Pro-4X trim is both appealing and worth the increased costs. My only negatives are the front seats could be a bit more comfortable and the passenger seat should come with an option to be power seats.

The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. CarMax made me an amazing offer for it, and helped me pick a the SUV of my dreams that was within my means! Affordable, beautiful quality, it looks and smells BRAND NEW - no one would ever suspect it was used!! The buying process was so simple and quick. My sales guy, Scottie, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He didn’t put on any pressure, made everything extremely easy to understand, and let me take my time! I am just so impressed and happy with my experience. When it is time for another upgrade, I will certainly be going back to check out what’s on their lot FIRST before anywhere else! I had a state inspection along with oil change the other day and was blown away by the level of professionalism and customer service provided by my service advisor Scott. He let me know that I needed to start thinking about new tires and even gave me options to start preparing for the upcoming cost. It was nice to be given several choices so that I could make the best decision for me. Also, the service manager Matt stopped to say hello and introduce himself which I thought was a very nice touch.
