I ended up hitting a curb on my way to get an oil change and got a flat tire. I was rather upset about this. I called and they were very understanding and said they would be ready for me when I got there. I was worried about how much it would cost, how much time it would take, would there be a tire, would I need a rental, etc. Kevin looked up my tire coverage, found me a tire, replaced it and did my alignment. I believe it was all taken care of within 2 hours - maybe less! Fast and all with friendliness. I was so relieved!!

She helped coordinate everything with the sales team perfectly! They sent videos of the car I liked. They were very friendly when I had the car inspected by an independent mechanic. When we agreed on a fair price, the sales manager delivered my new car and took my trade-in car back to the dealership! We completed the paperwork in five minutes at my home. It was such an easy and enjoyable purchase experience. I contacted several Nissan dealerships in the area and Hawk Nissan was the absolute best!! I would highly recommend this dealership!

A co worker needed a new car to replace his aging Chrysler 200 with 215k on the clock. ( yea, we know…insane ) We saw a couple Altima’s online and called up to M’lady . We talked with Khoi , who quickly verified stock, we headed in, Stephen met us at the door. He and Khoi worked together to get the 3 cars we wanted to check out , up front and running. After a test drive, we were ready to “talk turkey” I don’t think anyone really looks forward to this process, but we told Khoi where we needed to be , and we got there reasonably quick. On to finance where Bryan found us a better than expected rate, saving us enough money to include a warranty. Thanks my man! We had to bring the trade in the next day, We knew Bryan wouldn’t be in, but he hooked us up with his counterpart Tommy, who finished up the paperwork super quick. (These guys know their stuff) Stephen transferred the plates himself and sent the car to the detail shop. If you’re in the market for a Nissan, these guys have fair prices and really really great customer service.

David, made me feel welcome he's very friendly and informative. He answered any question I had and made the process of test driving and looking between 2 different vehicles easy and seamless. He treated me like someone he's known forever and even in a few moments of stress -nothing of which was their fault he let me take a few moments to myself and let me make a decision that was right for me. I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars.
