I had the pleasure of purchasing my Sentra from Mossy Nissan Poway, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to listen to my preferences and needs, and they guided me through the different options available without any pressure. The sales team at Mossy Nissan Poway truly understands customer service and made me feel valued throughout the entire process. The dealership's environment was clean, organized, and comfortable. It was evident that they prioritize their customers' comfort and convenience. The sales representative was patient and answered all my questions, ensuring I had a clear understanding of the features and benefits of the Sentra. What really stood out to me was their transparency when it came to pricing and financing options. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and they worked with me to find a payment plan that fit within my budget. This level of honesty and integrity is something that sets Mossy Nissan Poway apart from other dealerships. Once I made my decision, the process of finalizing the purchase was smooth and efficient. The paperwork was handled promptly, and the staff took the time to explain each document I was signing. They made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process before proceeding. Driving away in my new Sentra was an exciting moment, and the team at Mossy Nissan Poway made it truly memorable. The Sentra itself has been a joy to own. Its fuel efficiency, comfortable interior, and modern features have made every drive enjoyable. In summary, if you're looking to purchase a Nissan – or any car – I highly recommend visiting Mossy Nissan Poway. Mossy Nissan EscondidoReviews
Mossy Nissan Escondido review
I recently purchased a Nissan Juke from Mossy Nissan Escondido. They were super patient and gave us a good price without any effort, as well as a fair trade in value. I enjoyed dealing with the sales manager Jason, he was very up front about everything and doesn't play games. He's also very honest and says it like it is, we enjoyed his humor through the process. The sales people are very friendly and eager to help even when another dealer will be getting the commision. Our original sales person, Ramez Deeb, has greeted us every time I've seen him and helped us any way he could every single time. I pre-ordered a second car from Nissan, and George Barouta at Mossy Escondido went above and beyond showing me the cars, taking measurements, and helping any way he could. He put no pressure on me and was super easy to deal with. Mossy Escondido was the best experience I've had at a dealership ever! Unfortunately Nissan (Not Mossy) took forever to send my car and when I ended up selling my current car, I had to go to another dealership (since I could no longer wait for the car with trim I wanted). It was then I realized how different the experience can be and just how good Mossy Nissan Escondido is. The other dealer promised the world and then tried to rip me off, I had to walk out the door with my cash offer before they ran out and eventually got close enough that I didn't drive away without a car, and then only because I had checked every other dealer around 3 counties and knew this was the only one with my car. I've only had one service so far with Mossy Escondido and it was great, supper fast service by appointment, they washed the car and detailed the tires for free with the great priced service.

Palm Springs Nissan review
Do not trust the verbal agreements made by the sales team at Palm Springs Nissan.I purchased a used 2020 Nissan Altima here on June 25, 2026, from salesman Alfredo R. The vehicle was delivered with only one key fob. Alfredo explicitly promised me that the previous owner was returning the second key and that he would ship it directly to my residence. Three months later, I have received absolutely nothing. When I followed up to resolve this, I spoke with Manager Alex Gonzalez, whose response was entirely unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of honoring the commitment made by his sales team, he evaded accountability by stating "used cars just come like that." He then attempted to turn their unfulfilled promise into a sales pitch, claiming a replacement key costs $600 but offering a "discount" to sell me one.A manager’s job is to ensure integrity, honor team commitments, and resolve customer issues fairly—not to exploit a salesman's empty promise to extract more money from a customer. Alex Gonzalez showed a complete lack of leadership and customer service. I highly recommend taking your business to a dealership that values honesty and stands behind their word.
