Having owned a Legacy some years ago, we were looking for a used Subaru Outback with relatively low miles. Andrew Molina explained price and maintenance issues, and helped us zero in on the right vehicle for us. Thanks much Andrew

Caleb helped me to narrow down the options and really work through the car that would work best for me with the features I needed and also the price point I wanted. He was available for questions and to help before and after I bought the car. Mark helped to answer my financial questions. Jason checked in on me to make sure all was going well. This whole process was so worth it and made the car buying experience pleasant.

Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers review
We have been going to Ed Martin Nissan Of Fishers‘s for over 10 years now, and this is the only dealership that we fully trust to take our cars into! Just currently took my car in for some check engine, light issues and the amount of attention to detail and the time that they spent making sure that I got the cheapest best option was so very helpful. Austin is so great at what he does, and I know that when we drop any of our cars off with him, it’s in great hands! I recommend taking your cars here you won’t be disappointed

I had an issue with my Rogue, so I brought the car in. They diagnosed the issue very quickly. They were so helpful in offering solutions. I got 80% of the repair covered by the Good Will program and I'm honestly so blown away by how willing they are to help out. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car or to get their car service we have been taking our cars into this dealership for almost 8 or 9 years and they truly never disappoint. My Son and Wife will take their cars in to get repaired there and they have nothing but great things to say about the work and how kind everyone is. We will be customers for life!

Overall, a great experience. I was interested in a pre-owned vehicle on their lot and scheduled an appointment with Chris Chavis. Chris made the whole process smooth from viewing & test drive to processing purchase paperwork. I can't speak on their financing options as I was paying cash, but the financing department wasn't overly pushy about extended warranty options. I also didn't know about Tom Wood's included lifetime powertrain warranty going in, but that's a pretty unbeatable perk if the vehicle price is fair and you plan on keeping it for a while. 10/10 "Wood" recommend.

Amy is very personable and easy to work with. Check-in was easy and she explained the scope of work and the estimated cost. I was kept informed during the repairs. Additional repairs were required and the scope and cost was explained. Excellent service experience. I experienced the benefit of the repair on the drive home as the performance was noticeably improved. Thank you to the customer service team!

I don't feel Jason Wetzel sold me a car. He made the effort ot find out what I wanted, then got to work making sure I got it at a fair price. It was a totally pressure-free experience. So, in the end, I drove away in a quality car of my choice at a fair price. I regret that I can't remember the names of everyone else who helped me.

Ed Martin Nissan review
Karisa at Ed Martin Nissan in Indianapolis was absolutely outstanding!! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and very thorough throughout the whole purchase process. Her follow up afterwards was much appreciated. The entire Ed Martin group was fantastic. From the moment I walked in til the day I drove my new vehicle off the lot. Thank you to everyone at Ed Martin Nissan. This was hands down the best car buying experience!!!

came in for an oil change. staff is very friendly and prices are reasonable. I waited in the lounge area while they serviced my car and even washed the outside.

Thomas Nissan of Joliet review
Words cannot express our immense gratitude for Crystal and the team at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. Crystal led our purchase experience and restored my faith in the goodness of humanity. Her warmth and kindness made the process personal and stress-free, which was truly a blessing during a challenging time. Building a relationship over the phone with a guarded customer isn't easy, but Crystal made me feel that all my fears and questions were normal. As a high-maintenance customer, I appreciated her genuine approach and the trust we built. Crystal became a friend, providing a ride from the airport to the dealership. Thank you, Crystal, we love our Pathfinder and will always think of you fondly as we enjoy our ride.
