Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never purchased a brand new car before in my life, and you know what? This is the place that’s going to happen and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Roland for explaining things so well and exploring everything down to the last detail to get me what I want and what I need. A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

My 2023 Nissan Kicks has everything I was looking for in a new vehicle and then some. It has all of the comforts, technology and safety features that anybody could ask for. Plus the ride is really smooth, and you can turn on a dime.

It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

We were literally about to go with the dealership, but thanks to meeting Kostya, we paused and ended up getting a much better deal. Big thanks to him — really appreciate his help.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

I love my new 2025 Nissan Kicks. I traded my 2019 Nissan Maxima SR for the Kicks SR. It carries the same style and features as the Max. Ground lighting accent lighting inside, panoramic roof, Bose in the headrest. The vehicle is hot!!! I have Super Black.

Looks great packed with features some being more advanced than models ahead of its class. The SR premium makes you feel like you got something special, auto dim mirror , heated seats, ambient lighting, leather with sporty orange stitching , able to use features with mynissan app... the cvt is definitely not my favorite style transmission, its different than the 5spds im use to. Drives smooth fantastic fuel economy and all for a price i can live with !!

kicks looks stylish. interior is comfy and roomy. not a fan of the digital speedometer. handles well but not much power. that said I am pleased overall.

Only 300 miles. Car has a weird hum. Maybe just a bad tire or problem with the passenger side front wheel, possible bad hub bearing.

The whole dealership is great. I've purchased several Hondas at Motorwerks and no matter how hard I try to find a new brand to drive, I come back to Honda because of Motorwerks. Kacper, my salesman, was very helpful too.

It's a decent car that I only looked at because it's said that it replaced the Juke. It did not. Looks cool from the outside but the interior is pretty plain. Better than Rogue if you don't want a car as big as the Rogue. I'd prefer to get the Juke back in the US.

I’m coming up in July on 2 years with my Kicks and I still love it. I have gotten so many people stopping me and asking me about this crossover. The only thing I wish was offered were the options on more expensive models like the push button hatch closing and AWD option. I took care of my moonroof problem and had dealer install one before I picked up the car from the showroom. The only negative is that I’m my SR model is that they made the doors and dash great but skimped on the door panels. Would of been nice to have that wrap around. I think I will keep this for quite awhile.

I only had this car for a month and fell in love with it immediately. Hit another car in the rear while traveling the speed limit on a 75 mpr freeway. I am pleased to say I walked away from the accident with minor injuries. As I hit, my thoughts were that not only would I not walk away, but might not see another day. Car was totaled. I would have bought another but my local dealer didn’t have one so I got the rogue sport. After a couple months with it, I love it, too!

This is the second car I've bought from CarMax (I also once sold a car). Every experience has been fantastic but this actually ranks as the best. Sales Consultant LaShinda John answered every question I had via email and then, for financing, by phone so that I walked in with the exact make, model and trim I wanted waiting for me to test drive and pre-approved for financing. The entire in-dealer experience took less than an hour and a half. Fantastic company and fantastic sales consultant.

2024 Nissan Kicks is not going to win any races. It is very sluggish at times. Rear seat space is less than desirable. But it is very enjoyable to drive. I normally get 40 MPG on the interstate driving to Charleston, SC, from Asheville, NC. It handles well, compact and very sharp looking car. Great price point for the features. Comes with an unlimited milage powertrain warranty. 3-year 45K miles bumper to bumper and free maintenance for the first 3 years.
