On 11/2/2021-I took my car to have the recall for my hood serviced. Cynthia took care of me in the service department. She was friendly and kept letting me know how much longer is was going to be. I was serviced in the time she had told me. I had forgotten to ask them to look and a piece of rubber that was hanging down. She quickly had someone fix it for me. I saw a good deal on cars.com, so I called Cronic Nissan to inquire. The car was a used 2018 Nissan Frontier. Since I live about 70 miles north of the dealership I was initially skeptical. I ended up working with Ernest Danson who provided me with good service. Since I live so far away I asked Ernest to take pictures of the truck. He sent me back very good pictures showing all the little scratches/dents, the wheels, the interior, everything you could ask for which I feel like most salespeople would try to hide. When I saw some of the problems, they worked with me on the price and a bedliner.
