After recently having a terrible car-buying experience where I was taken advantage of and ended up with a lemon, I was extremely cautious about trusting another dealership. As a single woman shopping for a car, it can feel overwhelming trying to determine who is being honest and who truly has your best interests in mind. When I found the vehicle I really wanted, I hesitated because the dealership?Arlington Nissan in Illinois?was out of state. I spent nearly two months continuing to search for other options, but nothing compared. Eventually I decided to take the chance and make the trip to see the car in person. From the moment I arrived, the experience was reassuring. Alex Reiss, the salesperson who helped me, was professional, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. Even though he?s a younger guy, he handled the entire process with confidence and integrity. He listened to my concerns about my past experience and made it clear that this time things would be handled differently. Alex answered all of my questions, provided the reports I requested, and explained the 6-month Certified Select warranty, which helped give me peace of mind. Because of how transparent and helpful he was, I felt comfortable enough to move forward and purchase the car that same day. The experience in the finance office was just as positive. Dominic walked me through the paperwork carefully and made sure everything was clearly explained. I really appreciated that he didn?t pressure me into unnecessary add-ons or try to slip in extra warranties or fees. The process was honest and straightforward. Before taking the car home, the dealership also addressed a few service items I wanted looked at and completed a full detail. Kiah in the service department kept me informed about what was being done and when the vehicle would be ready. When I returned to pick it up, the car looked fantastic?honestly like it had just come off the showroom floor. The service team clearly took the time to make sure everything was done right. What stood out most about my experience was the team effort. Alex, Dominic, and Kiah all worked together to make sure my concerns were heard and that the entire process went smoothly. They treated me with respect, were transparent throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. Buying a car after a bad experience can be difficult, but this team truly restored my confidence. I had a really nice experience here on Fri., 2/28. My sales person - Shajiha Zehra (goes by Jiha). She is very pleasant and takes her time. Not hard charging right in your face at all. Went over my trade-in, went over the vehicle I was buying, and got me into a quick test drive right away. Went in there around 11a, made the deal and picked up the car at 3:30. Jiha made sure everyone was ready so all I had to do was sign and drive at the pickup time. Everyone else I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. But Jiha stood out with her patience, friendliness and knowledge of the process and my new vehicle. I would visit Gordie Boucher again.
2023 Nissan Maxima review
We have nothing but good things to say about our new Maxima. It seems to be a well built car, not to mention the unbelievable throttle response. Ours is the Platinum edition, but the way it goes through the curves it's easy to forget we're in a 4 dr sedan! Pleasure to drive!

Anderson Nissan review
My wife and I have purchased many NISSAN products from the Altima, Rogue, Juke since 2005. I was passing by the Rockford dealership and noticed this BMW M3 on the lot. I was driving home and decided to go back and take a look at this car. They were actually taking it in the service department to do some fine touch ups before putting it on the lot. It had actually been put on the site when I asked Ash Upadhyay about the history of the car. I lived in Spartanburg, SC where these cars were made from 96 to 2002. I always wanted to own one and this car was in "show room" condition. Even Rick, Dan and someone from Mazda went over the car with me. They offered a good deal and gave me a good history of the car, including the gentlemen that had just traded it in. It also had a hard top which was unique for this 2001 Roadster. Ash made sure the guys in the detail shop went over it again and applied the paint protection material to keep safeguarded from the elements. I was told the prior owner had a special garage and the car never was driving in snow or rain. I am looking forward to warm weather and cruising with the top down. I have already got offers to purchase this car. Ash did a great job on a tuff customer, but he was willing to be very reasonable. Jamie also helped with negotiating the final deal. Pete, as always was quick and thorough at closing the deal and had me on the way within an hour. Another great experience in almost 21 years of relationships with Anderson. These guys are truly brothers and sisters. Thanks Ash for being a true professional. 5+ STARS.

2023 Nissan Maxima review
I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.
