I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

K so first off, I love Subarus. I grew up with Ford and had a little Honda for six years, and now I definitely drank the Subie Kool-Aid. I bought my first Subaru in Fort Worth- good experience. Had it serviced once at Subaru in Denton - not so good experience. Thankfully Five Star Subaru in Grapevine opened. I’m home!! Every time I bring my car in to use my awesome maintenance package oil changes and upkeep, I have a 10 on a 10 scale experience. Great people, great atmosphere, great service. Wild hair last month, I traded my Crosstrek in for a slick new WRX. Vic Alicea was my sales consultant. He was FUN, smart, real and super engaging. Vic did NOT push me, which I totally appreciate. In fact - He let me test drive this beautiful beast and then sent me away to think about it. Left me wanting more! Of course I came back - It’s a WRX. And I got an excellent price!!!! Brian Button was my money contract guy - again very smart, efficient, charming and not interested in games. Finishing up, Vic explained all the details of my car to me. Vic made sure I got the emails he already sent to me and made sure I knew how to contact someone for help if I needed it. As I was leaving (grinning ear to ear), the sales manager came out to personally ask me if I was happy. Very genuinely interested in my experience. This team is doing it right. P.S. Brought home our 2016 Nissan Maxima yesterday. The car is beautiful, inside and out. When you get into it, the quality is clear. Feels luxurious, well made, solid and comfortable. It's fun to drive. This car has all the bells and whistles. The V6 is powerful and sounds great. Great responsive steering and control. Navigation took a little getting used to but works very well. Bose sound system is fantastic. Premium leather stitched seats add a lot of style. Only issue is no Android auto, might modify later. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

I OWN A 2016 MAXIMA SR AND I DRIVE THE HECK OUT OF IT, ONE OF THE BEST CARS I HAVE EVER DRIVEN. IT MAY NOT HAVE THE HORSE POWER, I BELIEVE IT SHOULD HAVE, BUT IT WILL GIVE ANY CAR IN IT`S CLASS A RUN FOR IT`S MONEY. ROAD AND TRACK OR MOTOR TREND SAID IT WAS HARDLEY A 4 DOOR SPORTS CAR, MAYBE NOT BUT IT`S CLOSE. FROM 2016 TO 2023 IN MY OPINION, NISSAN HELD BACK ON THE NISSAN MAXIMA. HORSE POWER SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT LEAST 350 HORES POWER

I had a '22 Maxima SV as a rental in South Florida and I feel qualified to write a review as I put 1500 miles on it in the course of 4 days (due to my flight being cancelled I had to drive it back to ATL). As an avid car enthusiast, I was thoroughly impressed with the Maxima. It was reasonably comfortable while still retaining an ounce of athleticism, the 3.5 V6 was super smooth and even made a nice growl upon heavy acceleration, and the CVT isn't actually that bad (works great in stop and go traffic). The SV trim has everything you would want feature wise and the Apple Car Play worked fantastic. I will say the fit and finish is great for a normal car brand, however not the best stacked up to brands such as Lexus, BMW, etc. The adaptive cruise worked pretty decent however after daily driving a Model 3, it would have been nice to have some sort of lane centering feature. I also averaged 28 MPG and I wasn't taking it easy (80 MPH+) which was very impressive. The Maxima is a super solid premium sedan contender, still looks very stylish, has plenty of space, performs well in the city and on the highway, and overall is a super honest car.

The buying process was easy with no hype or sales pressure. Curtis Shakelford was courteous, patient, low key, and answered all of my questions. Justin Hood, the Finance Manager, was patient and thorough when explaining terms and warranties. For a small delivery fee of $100, they delivered my vehicle to my door and let me test drive it before signing any paperwork. I had been dealing with several high pressure sales people from other dealers and was fed up. It was so nice to deal with Curtis, who listened to me and didn't try to pressure me. This is what car buying should be like! I highly recommend Southwest Nissan and Curtis.

Fantastic car that is my daily commuter. It's easy going, low cost maintenance up keep. Fun to drive around. They are a stylish car with many nice things about it. Luxurious interior, full of features that look nice. Bose surround sound speakers. Cd, Dvd player. Full parking view camera. Good on fuel economy mileage. These car's have a strong reliable engine. Good value reputation.

Tom Caufield was AMAZING! He helped me purchase a car for my mom who lives in Texas while I was in Virginia. He went above and beyond, taking the car for my mom to test drive, helping me through the loan process, and finally dropping the car off to my mom in spectacular condition. I dealt with about 7-10 dealerships prior to working with Tom and no other dealership was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my elderly mother was accommodated while I was hundreds of miles away. I've had my 2019 Sr for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. This editors review is pretty spot-on. The car is aesthetically appealing, reliable, and powerful...but the SR can be a bit bumpy and a smidge uncomfortable at times. I'm the type of person that changes cars often, but I'm having a very hard time letting go of this one!

We have nothing but good things to say about our new Maxima. It seems to be a well built car, not to mention the unbelievable throttle response. Ours is the Platinum edition, but the way it goes through the curves it's easy to forget we're in a 4 dr sedan! Pleasure to drive!

Doing fine at 175k miles this car is a dream. I've been approached for offers to buy it. This car saved our lives in a near head on crash. As a sports car sedan it has lived up to its name. A few fixes, nothing major thus far. I'll be riding in this reliable gem hopefully for years to come.

I had a great experience with Mo and AJ. If you go there looking for a Range Rover or a high-end Audi just know that no matter where you buy that car it's going to have problems. There's about $800 in fees, pretty standard at dealerships like this one. The prices ar quite a bit lower than CarMax and other dealerships, so just kind of factor that in and you're still getting a Fair Deal out the door.

I think nissan should recall the paint a 2017 shouldn't be pealing the clear coat or paint. I have seen many with the same issues.

I love everything about this car. The interior and exterior design is absolutely beautiful, and it handles like a dream. It has great pick up with a V6 engine and can really get up and go. It is one of the most comfortable cars I have every driven. I purchased the Gun Metallic and have received many compliments on it. It seems to get better gas mileage than my Nissan Murano, so I have no complaints. This car is a great buy! Take one for a test drive. You won't be disappointed.

They have many nice features about them. Luxurious interior, soft leather seats. Touch screen stereo with bose surround sound speakers. Cd, Dvd player. Navigation, plus much more. I'm actually having fun with this car. They are reliable, and the value is good.

We have purchased 12 cars since 2004. The buying experience has always been straight forward....easy and fair. No games. The service department is great and have never had a problem getting appointments for routine mantainance. In 12 cars only 2 minor warranty visits immediately taken care of. I have financed and leased and have always had confidence in that department to provide the deal etc that is best for us at the time and they have done so.
