I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

I’ve owned this car for 5 years and have loved it. I was in a rear end accident where the car went under me and the car took that damage. After getting it back from the auto shop I’ve driven it for 4 years with no issues. The guy in the Lexus said he would buy one based on how well my car took that accident. Purchased in 2019. After looking for a vehicle for quite sometime, I had a rental visiting my son. Wow. It was nice. Researched, found a white with tan interior. Leather seats. Low miles on this 16 sl. If you have back issues. Try this. 2016. 18 inch tires. Put a soft cover on wheel. 2 years and it’s great. 42k now, purchased with 24k.

Mark is always so friendly and gets everything you have a problem with handled. He comes and tells you you if there are other things that need to be fixed.

Brought my Honda Civic Hybrid for its first service maintenance, approximately four months of car purchase. All was covered except for car rotation. No need to replace wiper blades. While I was quoted a two hour wait but turned out to be four hours, appreciate the statusing texts.
