After the work is completed, I receive a report about the work that was done, as well as, if needed other that need to be done now or in the near future. I had an issue with my Rogue, so I brought the car in. They diagnosed the issue very quickly. They were so helpful in offering solutions. I got 80% of the repair covered by the Good Will program and I'm honestly so blown away by how willing they are to help out.
