bought a 25 Nissan Murano a few weeks ago. I absolutely love this SUV. Nothing but comfort and a very smooth ride. No road noise. Excellent audio system, heated seats work great and excellent gas mileage. I love this SUV

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

Todd was our salesman. Our car buying experience was handled very professionally and with great care. Todd did not rush us through the process. He was very prompt while we tested the vehicles. Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. We are very please with our experience.

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

I found the service to be thorough and efficient . Car was repaired in reasonable time. Will change oil more frequently. Mechanic gave good advice on maintenance

It is 2025 and I just bought one very exquisite, well taken care of, one owner, Nissan Murano, Platinum Edition in Pearl White, and I couldn’t be happier. Luxurious? Check! Powerful V6? Check! Value? Check!!! I think I must have bought one of the nicest pre-owned Muranos ever sold, and at a great price at that. Very Happy!

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

I would like to thank Andy Keleher and Trioano Auto Group for providing excellent warranty service on my '09 Challenger RT while 1000 miles from home. I brought the car in at 8:00 AM Monday morning with the transmission in "limp-in" mode. I did not have an appointment but they worked me in and diagnosed the problem as a failed speed sensor inside the transmission before 10:00 AM. They located the part in another town and sent a driver to pick it up. I had my car back by 3:00 PM. Troiano's fast service literally saved the rest of my vacation. I have put over 1000 miles on the car since with no problems. This is the way warranty service is supposed to work.

The 2021 Nissan Murano that I just purchased is beyond excellent. I can't say enough how I appreciate and enjoy this car, from the looks, performance, and cost. It surpasses all my expectations and I'm happy to have this car. The salesman, Ian Simmonds was top notch. From when I first entered the building he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

Only 16000 miles on it. Had trouble with radio, software fix, hath back seat d trouble with seat going down when pull releas latch at 2000 miles, had to have broken plastic piece replaced. 1 engine mount had collapsed, when took in for radio repair. Had to have that replaced. All was under warranty.

I absolutely love this car, especially all the safety equipment. My only complaint is you can't see out of the rear window very well. But all the newer cars have this same problem.

She did a great job for me and told me Jason would be in touch to help me with connecting my garage door opener with the new car. A couple of days later, Jason showed up. A college student and part-time Reynolds employee, he went right to work educating me on all the ins and outs of the controls and hooked up BOTH my garage door openers. Polite, patient and technically knowledgeable, he was great…and…thank you Reynolds, no charge! We’re off to a great start with Reynolds Subaru.

I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

I bought this car right after I lost my husband. Being a senior widow, I wanted something I felt safe and secure driving. It's been 4 months and I am still thankful for the decision I made. I get 29.6 mpg which is amazing considering I have put nearly 5,000 miles on it. At the dealership everything passed inspection and oil change with flying colors.
