Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

Very prompt with contracting and delivery of the vehicle. Customer service was exceptional and we were in and out in less than an hour. Our sales rep was very nice and easy to talk to, and the dealership wasn’t pushy at all like so many dealerships.

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Finance manager was very accommodating and had all my paper work ready in advance so that I spend only 30 minutes with him before completing the sale. Bob even delivered the vehicle to me as I could not go to pick it up. All around great buying experience as it should be.

Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

I drove 4 hours from out of state to come look at a Volkswagen. When I arrived they had the car defrosted and warmed up. While at the lot I spotted a Lexus and ended up looking into that car. My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

Jack and the entire service department team are the best. I won't take my Nissan anywhere else for service. We moved 25 minutes away and I still take both our cars there for regular maintenance service.

I talked with the Service Manager I believe his name was Aaron and I feel a little better, Not a 100% But I do thank him for trying to make things right. I’ll just see what my next visit is like.

I bought my 2011 murano in 2023. It has 134,000 miles on her. I replaced a/c compressor and alternator. About 800 dollars in total. Normal for a car that's older. But other than that smooth ride inside is comfy. Lots of extras. Paint is a,little sensitive. But very reliable.

Recently traveled from our home in extreme Northern Minnesota to Texas for grandson's graduation, experienced an issue with right rear tire--came OFF the wheel hub! Called State Line Nissan, needed a tow, and they directed us to towing service and got our car in to evaluate problem and repair needed. The Service Department personnel were great--courteous, accommodating, and told us all along the way what they found and what was needed. As we were traveling, they did their best to get us back on the road safely as soon as possible. We are lucky to be alive, but even luckier that we were helped by such a great group of people and technicians. Highest praises--and a huge THANK YOU to State Line Nissan! PS--we continued our journey and made it to Texas and grandson's special day in plenty of time.

Dalton was exceptionally good at his job and made our truck buying experience a breeze. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 from Munsterman Automotive. We showed up at 5:30 pm (30 mins before they close), because we had been holding out on a different truck, but the dealer we had been previously working with kept dicking us around. We called Dalton around 5:00 pm and without hesitation he told us to come up and look at the truck. My boyfriend fell in love with it as soon as we took it for a test ride. Dalton was clear and honest about the flaws that the truck had, but offered solutions to all of them. We also had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who is the owner of the dealership. Both Dalton and Michael worked to get our monthly payments as low as possible with a reasonable interest rate, and they were able to get us the most out of our trade in as reasonably possible. They were very straight forward, and equally reasonable. We kept Dalton at the dealership for two additional hours and he maintained a positive and kind attitude the entire time. We didn't feel rushed or taken advantage of. They are a family owned business, and I highly recommend buying from Munsterman Automotive. They actually listen to your needs and value the relationship they build with their clients. Also, they were able to to get us a better deal than any other dealer offer we had previously dealt with. I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

The free snacks and coffee are a nice touch while you wait! The shop staff as well as the customer service folks are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

We had a 2020 Murano and we loved the zero gravity seats. We traded it in for a 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. The Honda was a very nice car but we found it a little bit too big for us. We traded in the Honda for a 2025 Nissan Murano SL. It is the brand new re-design and we love it a lot. I wish the engine had a little bit more pick up but all in all everything else is exceptional.

This is probably one of the best vehicles that I ever owned taking it to North Carolina twice from Long Island New York and it was an amazing trip great gas mileage for an SUV quiet comfortable my only complaint is that you can't change the stereo head unit other than that this is a perfect vehicle
