We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

The free snacks and coffee are a nice touch while you wait! The shop staff as well as the customer service folks are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

bought a 25 Nissan Murano a few weeks ago. I absolutely love this SUV. Nothing but comfort and a very smooth ride. No road noise. Excellent audio system, heated seats work great and excellent gas mileage. I love this SUV

Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

I got a message back within a hour or so from the dealer to get more info on a car my family was interested in. We were then assigned to Noah Phillips. My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

The 2021 Nissan Murano that I just purchased is beyond excellent. I can't say enough how I appreciate and enjoy this car, from the looks, performance, and cost. Provides me with exactly what I needed at this time. The styling and performance are very good. This vehicle is used as a primary vehicle and we looked for styling and dependability.

I was driving by and saw a car that caught my eye. My problem was I had very little credit, having bought my previous used cars with cash. I picked both Matt and Jeff's brains as to how the whole process works, how certain things affect interest rates and odds of getting an auto loan. They spent a lot of time answering all my questions. As to the vehicle, I purchased a 2007 Acura TL Type S that was priced $2500 below NADA retail value (23% below value). I usually love the haggling process, but with a car priced almost a quarter below NADA retail value, I didn't even bother haggling. The price was MORE than fair and the car was in pristine condition. The buying process was EASY considering I'm self-employed and my taxes don't quite show all of my income, if you know what I mean. So it was a challenge for Matt to get me approved. He worked on it for an entire day, calling me to ask me for bank statements, tax returns, etc. He went to bat for me and was able to get me approved with a local credit union instead of some high interest, high risk lender. The interest rate he was able to get me was also pretty fair. Of course it's not 1.99%, but it wasn't 24% either. In fact, it was a lot closer to 1.99% than it was 24%. This was my first time dealing with them. In fact, I had never even heard of them. It was merely by chance that I was driving by and saw the car I wanted on their lot. But I would recommend them to anyone. They were personable, they were honest with me about my situation, but most of all I felt like they really cared and they really went to bat for me. Never did I feel like they were "sleazy used car salespeople" like I've felt at other lots. It felt like I was working with a friend or a neighbor.

Roberts employees were kind, knowledgeable, and personable. They didn?t come on strong with sales tactics. The price they advertise for a vehicle is the price they sell it. Unlike other dealerships that add $4K in additions whether or not you want them. Very pleased with Roberts. I?ll be sending all my friends and family their way.

CarMax is nice except that they do the "No-Haggle Price" thing, which is lame. It was nice though and the man who helped me test drive the car I'm looking at was really nice.

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! Handles very well, I’m a highway driver so I test drove it up to 85 mph and it was like driving a brand new car!
