I’m not a bot or a paid reviewer—just a real customer sharing my experience. The negative reviews on Cars.com for Asay Auto are completely unfounded and, frankly, nonsense. Every question I had was answered promptly and professionally. I also interacted with several other sales team members, and each one was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Honestly, I almost skipped calling Asay because of those online reviews—and I’m so glad I didn’t. My experience was first-rate, and I’d recommend them without hesitation. Bottom-line, don’t let a few bad reviews stop you. Some things are worth verifying for yourself.
2019 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
This car met all of our needs and fit all five kids comfortably for long road trips. Very reliable! Lots of leg room in every seat. Overall, a wonderful Van!

Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne review
I liked how they didnt play the "let me ask the manager" game all day, that tactic is exhausting. Jeffrey and John worked a long time trying to get me what I wanted and within my budget. I know I was driving them crazy, but they stayed kind and professional! Everyone I dealt with was great! Shout out to Jeffrey, John and Nick. This is my first Nissan and I love it! I hope their service dept is as good as the sales and financing department.

Great vehicle for a family. There needs to be a little bit more storage in the back behind the seats for hauling grocery's and things like that. Overall great vehicle

2015 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
We've used every bit of utility this van has to offer. Normally we leave the 4th row out which leaves comfortable seating for 8 plus an enormous amount of space in the back for all the family's junk. This van easily accommodates 4x8 sheets of plywood stood on the long end with the 2 rows of seats still installed. There is nothing you can't do with this van! Except park it in a tight space. The long nose makes for a ridiculous turn radius.
