Once the paperwork was completed, Andrew took the time to walk me through every feature of my new car, making sure I felt completely comfortable with all its functions. He didn’t let me leave until I was 100% confident driving the manual transmission, even though it was well past closing time. Bought new in CT to retire to FL, seats 7, towing pkg, 4 wd. Hit byone car from side, rear ended by another and hit road debris at 70 mph. All repairs done by Nissan and still like new. Poor mpg around town but decent on cruise control. We keep our cars well past 100k (250k on WRX), so we will likely keep it for many years.

The experience was good. The car was in excellent shape when it arrived. The website pic and data was accurate. I was kept informed of the status of the car during the transport on the app until it arrived to Hartford Car Max.

The only suggestion I have is that it does not give a quiet ride. I cannot drive and listen to the radio. I can't hear anything on the radio. so I turn it off. This is the fourth Nissan that I have owned, and the fact that Nissan's vehicles do not give a quiet ride is applicable to the other ones I have owned. I did not know the difference until I rode in my cousin's Cadillac Escalade

Vehicle is good on gas, engine is responsive and plenty powerful for the car. Interior amenities are nice. We have the third row seat which is nice for warring siblings!
