I found the car on Cars.com and sent in a few questions. The reply was spot on and I made the appointment with Jonathan Quintana. Jonathan had answers to every question and was fair in the negotiation. I bought the car and drove the car home that day. Follow-up has been better than expected.

This definitely the best service department around! I went in for an oil change and met with the FABULOUS Angie. Just as I think I’m done, Angie, says come with me, I need to bring you to the service area to explain and show me why I needed rear brakes. Not really a surprise because last oil change I got the heads up the brakes were going. Such honest and knowledgeable team. This team is the BEST!

The absolutely smoothest transaction I ever had buying a car. I loved the atmosphere. I just told them what I like and they found me the perfect car, and all within my budget. The sales rep Preston was always courteous, friendly. He made us feel right at home. Actually, the whole staff was great, Stephanie and Mitchel also assisted me with my purchase. I am very happy with my decision to shop at Victory Nissan of Dickson! Yep, gotta love it! 💕 5x2 stars.

I've purchased many many new cars and I know what I expect out of a dealership and a sales person. And I am familiar with how to achieve and what is a fair deal. I was very very satisfied dealing with Marissa and this dealership. I've got a new Grand Cherokee Limited in my driveway and I know I've gotten a good deal on it. Good job Marissa. You know your stuff.

Legend Nissan review
I went in expecting to buy out my lease but was convinced that a new lease was beneficial for me. The new Rogues don’t come with the standard features I was used to in my 2023 Rogue SL so I was ready to look elsewhere. They told me to look at the Platinum Edition even though it was more than I was willing to pay. I liked it but it wasn’t the color I wanted so they tried to find one at other dealers. When they couldn’t, they offered me a lease deal that was the same as the new Rogue SV. Done! They recognized my loyalty to this dealership and made me feel welcome and the paperwork was seemless.

State Line Nissan Inc.Reviews
State Line Nissan Inc. review
We recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dale, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and very personable. He has a great sense of humor and kept things light and relaxed, which helped the entire process feel calm and casual rather than stressful. There was no pressure, no games, and no wasted time—just clear answers and honest communication. Jeremy handled the paperwork and financing at the end, and he was equally personable and easy to work with. The process was smooth, efficient, and exactly as promised, with everything explained clearly and no last-minute surprises. The dealership as a whole was professional, well-organized, and respectful of our time. What is usually a stressful experience felt transparent and straightforward. We drove away in our new Pathfinder feeling confident about our purchase and appreciative of how well we were treated. Highly recommend Dale, Jeremy, and the dealership overall.

I took my car to KIA for a sensor replacement... I called to see if they had the part I needed and was told they had it... But in actuality they did not have the part so I had to wait a few more days til the part came in... over all Amber was a pleasure to work with.

I recently bought a newer used Chevy Tahoe from Sapaugh. My salesman Randy was a very good and upfront person to deal with. I would go back to Sapaugh and Randy for any other vehicle that I was looking to purchase. It was easy and comfortable.
