The first car I wanted was out of my price range and it was hard to get in and out of, thankfully John showed me a car that fit in my budget and works perfectly for me. I am very happy and satisfied, they helped me with my loan and made my down payment reasonable. I had also called regarding my second key and was able to get help from Liz, the Customer Relations Manager. She helped get me my 2nd key and had me in and out. I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

Khan is the new manager at Infiniti of Glendale and he took care of our recent lease return and new purchase personally. It was an easy, no stress experience along with Jason, our sales guy and his assistant Alladin (AKA Allen). I was put off by the previous experience we had here in 2015 but the new team has earned my trust. They even gave us WIFI and several complimentary oil changes for the new car. Had mine (Platinum trim) for about 6 months now. It’s great around town and on road trips. A lot bigger than my old Murano but mileage is much better, I average about 23.5 all around and 25.2 on road trips. No complaints there. I’ve had no problems or anything go wrong at all. The materials inside feel very nice and there’s room for everyone. Heads up display and cooled seats really are nice to have. Overall I can’t think of anything else they could do to make it a better vehicle. It is large so it takes a bit to get used to.

The Service Department was so easy to work with. My advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. He gave me a list of repairs and the order in which I should address them. He never pressured me to buy any more service then what I came in for, he never made me feel dumb when I asked questions about my car, and he treated me with respect. Honestly this is the best service I have ever received. Thank you Glendale Nissan, this is now my go to service place.

Brought my car in for it's regular oil change, had a 7 am appt, actually arrived at 720, not a problem. Love the new larger facility just barely across the street from the old one. Pulled up, someone greeted me, told him why I came, he sent Maury a service rep out to me, he walked me inside as they pulled my car into the service area. I had a coupon that came in the mail, used it, got my discount, got the tires rotated etc. New waiting area, coffee, tea, bagels, fruit, donuts etc. WIFI, comfy seats, TV etc. I needed an estimate for a part of my fender, Maury came out and gave me a quote. Just about an hour later, on my way with a cleaner car, the free included external carwash. Not one problem. Love my 2016 Nissan Rogue with standard automatic transmission. I do a lot of long distance driving and not unusual to get 40 MPG for me.

We made the deal on the phone, so there was no negotiating once i got to the dealership. Once there, the staff was attentive and prompt. Made the whole experience enjoyable.

Edi made the process of purchasing our Mercedes Sprinter Van a piece of cake! We drove from Palm Desert to Downtown LA and he had the van ready for us to view and test drive. It took only about an hour to ink the deal. We left for home VERY happy and would definitely reccommend Edi and DTLA Nissan.
