Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! This experience with Nissan of Irvine has been the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new car. I called up Nissan Irvine, and spoke with Keith who is the sales/finance manager and explained my credit situation to him over the phone. He gave me a straight up answer and said that he could get me what I wanted so I went down there sake he ran my credit in 10 minutes later he said you’re approved or exactly what you want and exactly the price you want. He then told me go pick out whatever color I wanted. . Once I picked out the color in the vehicle that I wanted, it took less than 45 minutes for me to take care of all the paperwork and be in my car happy as can be driving down the road. This dealership went above and beyond to meet all my expectations and requirements, I highly suggest anybody looking for a Nissanto definitely go to this dealership if you want that close family personal experience. Nissan of Irvine is the number one place to go when you need to get yourself a vehicle

I am enjoying the vehicle so far. It was used by the General Manager of the dealership before I bought it. It is spacious and comfortable, although the Rock Creek suspension doesn't give as good a ride as my 2018 Pathfinder did. The Android Auto feature is very useful. It gets good gas milage on the highway in the 4WD "ECO" mode, but the shut off/start at lights is noticeable and takes some getting used to. My last Pathfinder was very reliable overall--we'll see about this one, which has more electronics.
