I'm a car dealer skeptic and relentless researcher--the kind of person who turns over every stone on a big purchase. This dealership was a breath of fresh air for someone like me, seeking a fair, friendly, and honest place to buy a new car. Integrity goes a long way when it comes to someone helping me with a purchase I'll be committed to for six years of financing--and they've got it in spades. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Jorgensen, Javier Vega, and Mikel Najar, who, at every step of the process, not only made sure I never felt pressured but also left me feeling fully prepared and well-advised. The deal I received was so competitive that I flew all the way from California to get it. They even picked me up from the airport--something not even some of my closest friends would volunteer for. If you put them in a position to compete with another dealership's offer, more often than not, they'll match it (or probably beat it). When I arrived, the hospitality was second to none. Everything we agreed upon was upheld, and topics like extended warranties were communicated in a way that felt more like sincere guidance than a sales pitch, tailored to my specific needs. After a long flight their pop-up coffee shop was a very welcome addition to my visit. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure to speak to, and I genuinely mean that. They clearly take care when hiring good people, and reviews like this are the result of that effort. My wife and I scheduled an appointment with Sean just to look at a car. We were not planning on buying on the same day; however, when Sean first walked up to us we knew he was great! He made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed our time with him! We know sales people have a bad rep; however, Sean was true to his word and stayed by our side through the entire process. He did not push, he was transparent, he was professional and he was funny! Great personality! People tend to remember names of those we felt made an impact to us! Sean, Angelica, Howard and Chris! We know if they are great, the entire team is great! We sat in the car and noticed the air was not working properly. They first diagnosed my engin starting problem to be the starter solenoid shorting, battery showed good. They replaced the solenoid. Didn?t fix the problem. They replaced the battery. Fixed the problem. Thankfully Nissan has the best warranty in the market so it was all covered.
2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Tried to like other SUV's with smaller engines but I could not get past the lack of power. Hybrids are out of the question for me. It would be great if you could disable the the engine governor instead of pushing the button to turn it off every time we start the car. For the price and the size it is perfect for our needs. Lay the seats down and haul stuff or fill up the car with children. Very versatile. Price was reasonable compared to other third row SUV's. I can see us taking trips in this one.
