Ken Nelson Auto Group review
I went to work one morning and didn’t realize I had a flat until I had other employees asking what my vehicle looked like. Once I confirmed it was unfortunately mine, I reached out to Ken Nelson who was able to pick up my vehicle at my work, put my spare on, take it to their shop, fix my tire (plugged and not replaced!), return my vehicle to my work and sent me an invoice to pay after I got off work. It was like it never even happened and they took care of all the hassle for me! Could have been a really bad day trying to figure that all out after a 13 hour shift. They have amazing customer service! And I didn’t even have to get a new tire! 10/10 recommend!

Me and my son walked into Rosen Nissan Madison around 3:15p on Fight Night Saturday after receiving a pre-approval letter in the mail. I was unsure about my likeliness of getting approved for a lease seeing that my credit situation wasn't the best. Kory Branton (Salesperson) was the first person that offered me help and I must say he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! After being denied consultation from another dealership earlier that day, my hopes were completely down but Kory changed that immediately! I have never in my lifetime seen an individual work so hard and efficient to make something happen with so much patience. Kory, along with the rest of the team (Ed [Finance Guy], Cory [Sales Manger]); could have easily turned us around at anytime and told us to come back but instead they were willing to stay an HOUR AFTER closing time in order to help us! We are so grateful that you all were willing to sacrifice your time and patience to assist us with our purchase! Words can not explain how much this means to us and how much this moment has helped our family here in Madison.
