WOW! I knew pretty quickly that Planet Nissan was an above average dealer. They had the model truck I wanted and they answered all of my questions and concerns - so now I am a happy customer. I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

He not only knows his own products, he certainly genuinely knows about the competition. He was also very patient with me as I was weighing trading in my 2013 Tacoma, or selling it to CarMax. Marcus gave me 'offer' numbers ($) for each possibility, helping me with my final decision. I was very pleased with the other Honda West employees with whom I worked. Very friendly and competent and helpful.

We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

Meet up with Pedro salesman at the store. Showed me the car. Offered me coffee / something to drink. Walked in this fabulous showroom. It’s a wow moment. I sat I very comfy lounge chair like. Pedro walked to the managers booth I say to my self omg here comes the game dealers will tire you out. The waiting game!!!!! But nope Pedro was back in less than 5 mins. Showed me numbers and we were almost done in less than 10 mins. It was very fast and straight to the point. I asked for a purchase copy to bring to my credit union and I was done in less than 30 mins. That’s record breaking experience. You guys do very good customer service!!! Hats off also to Rueben sales mgr. Came out to talk to me just to make sure that everything was okay. I left that wonderful showroom feeling good. I said to myself that’s the first time I’m leaving a dealership that I don’t have to take TUMS. If you’re in the market of buying a car I definitely give these place a 777 grade! Overpaid on purchase, now I can't sell to get out of high debt. The engine also has a tendency to shutoff when stopped at a red light, but starts back up. I was told this is normal.

The CVT is something to get used to for sure, but I live in a low density almost rural suburban county. If I had to drive this in city stop and go traffic, I'd probably not recommend it. For areas where you can start and go it's very enjoyable to drive. Comfortable, powerful, good visibility. I average about 23 unless I'm on actual highways and then it's usually around 27 mpg which is great for a V-6 with this power. The groan from the drivetrain is due to the lower RPM at low speeds. I bought mine with 113k miles and have had no real issues yet. The vehicle had a transmission fluid change at 100k, and had regular oil changes every 5 to 6k miles during its life. I can't really complain, it was such a good deal (used).

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. I've loved my Nissan vehicles. I moved into the 2022 Pathfinder from the Murano. Love all the bells and whistle. Bill Robertson Nissan has taken care of me for years! And it gets good gas mileage.

This SUV is great for all types of transportation needs: family road trip, going to mountain campings, hiking, biking and also as work truck. Gas mileage could have been better, but the V6 engine is very powerful.

We’ve only had the car 1 month. But the v6 engine although lacking in take off power is a reliable workhorse. We love the way it rides. Seats are comfortable and interior is very spacious. The technology in this vehicle is superb and has so many safety and driver convenience that it’s almost mind blowing. Now the interior does seem to me to be somewhat cheapish. In some areas that is. And the passenger side seat sits way to low with no adjustment to heighten it (for now at least. Overall so far we love the car. This is our second Nissan vehicle and we are very pleased with the brand.

I bought my Pathfinder Nov. 2019, I've had no problem with the way the truck runs, smooth ride, the only problem I've is my backup camera doesn't always work, it's just a black screen, so I just judge my back my the sensor beeps. That's my only problem so it get a thumbs up from me.

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

I’ve had the 2019 Nissan Pathfinder SL Rock Creek Special Edition since October 2019 and I’ve loved it since the day I bought it. The Rock Creek Edition’s design is unique, attractive, and allot of bang for my buck. It is perfectly powered, and has better tow capacity than the Explorer, Pilot, and almost every other vehicle in this class I compared. -Only complaints: No apple Carplay navigation is useless without a Sirius subscription and having map data chip updated. -Leg room is what you expect from a truck tight
