Honest and upfront

First off I was NOT planning on purchasing when I walked through the doors of Del Toyota. I had several offers floating around a couple other local dealers and I was waiting to hear back from them to make my final decision. I walked up to the doors and was met by Chip Beal. Super nice guy and very direct, which is a GREAT quality for a car salesman. I had been giving the run around by a couple other dealerships when asking about prices. Chip gave me the exact answers I was looking for and wasn???t trying to pull any fast moves. We talked directly about the bottom line price of the 4Runner I was looking at. I told him he would have to give me a CRAZY good deal to earn my business that day (10-15-2018). He spoke with his sales manager, several times, and got me within 500.00 of my ???crazy good deal??? requirement. I was very hesitant because I really wasn???t sure I wanted to trade in my Tacoma. Chip didn???t rush me at all and let me go around the vehicle several times just to make sure it was everything I wanted. I eventually decided to go with the 4Runner. The process was made easy by the sales team. Even the finance guy was very nice and patient. However, my only complaint is, I think they could have given me a little more for my trade especially after seeing what they listed it for but it was a pretty fair deal. Over all best experience buying a car thus far. Chip is an AWESOME guy and will 100% be buying my next Toyota from him.
