Harman is a good car sales person. She is very enthusiastic and dedicated to customer care. She enthusiastically answered my questions clearly and with a smile.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

I almost went down the hill for a new truck, and decided to go to placerville dodge. I am glad I did. The prices were better and the services was outstanding thank you melissa.

M&S Auto is a fantastic place to pick up a used vehicle. This post might get a bit long, so be warned about that. I had already been to 4 other local dealerships, Mostly the big brands. Honda x2, Toyota, and Volvo. I had almost an entire small notebook worth of notes on every car I had seen so far, but I was getting really tired of the whole process and I was ready to just call the whole vehicle search off. I stumbled on the M&S website at 7am, found a really nice Honda at a really nice price. I called them around 9:45am and told them I was coming to check out the car. I showed up 15 minutes later and they had already pulled the car out front, ready to go for review and a test drive. Brian was my sales guy, and let me tell you, this guy knows how to make the entire process completely stress free. I don't know whether it was because I showed up with a notebook, or because he just read me correctly or what, but he let the car do all of the talking, he answered every question I could possibly ask, and was up front about the entire process when I inquired about a trade in. At no point in the entire process did I ever feel any pressure, any manipulation, or any rapid fire double speak questions trying to get a feel for my budget. He was not pushing a sale onto me, we were working it out together. I can not emphasize enough how different that experience was to the other places I had been to. I had already completely walked away from 1 sale after the financing negotiations got hostile, so to have this level of meeting me on the same level, treating me like an equal really stood out to me. Brian was both my sales guy AND the guy that ran through my financing with me. This was also a big plus because I did not feel like I was being handed off to some finance sleezeball, instead Brian and I had already developed a certain amount of rapport and trust through the inspection and test drive process. The final thing I want to mention : I was standing out front for a long time during this whole process, and what I saw was that this dealership is a good place for people whom English might not be there first language. They had representatives for Spanish speaking customers and I believe one of the sales people I met was Slavic, so I bet they could accommodate almost anyone. 9/10 Buying Experience Would highly recommend to those looking for a used vehicle at a fair price.

When shopping for a car, it's hard to find a good car at a reasonable price. It's even harder to find people that demonstrate integrity… after all it’s the car business. Their professionalism, honesty and dedication to customer service made this a 5-STAR experience for me. No games, no B.S, and the vehicle was beautiful. All of the cars on their lot looked very nice and well-kept. Their show room was immaculate. I have been car shopping for weeks and test drove many cars from other lots. I could not believe how some of these other cars looked. But not at Lending Group Auto. My car was in excellent condition. They have pride in their vehicles and care a lot about their reputation. They also know the market well and price their cars competitively. But it was the professionalism of Jesse and Halim that really stood out for me. They went above and beyond and I am very grateful for their help. I’ve only had the car for a few hours but I’m confident I purchased a great car at a great price. On the lot, and lucky enough to be greeted by JP. I told him what I wanted, and gave him my budget. He didn’t hesitate, and being a good listener, took me to the back, showed me 2 cars(choice). After a demo of both, invited us inside the humble office (old modular), and made an easy transition from agreement of terms, to finance, where we dealt with Hal... Right to the point(relaxing music playing), and after presenting our aftermarket options, ran paperwork, signed, graciously thanked us for our business, and off we went to dinner (in our Certified Sonata)..We’ll be back for more...
