It was still in the parking lot. All they had to say was they were sorry. I waited an hour and I had an appointment and nobody did nothing about it They haven't even started the oil change at 12 o'clock.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

I came in thinking my clunking was coming from driveshaft U-Joints , But Ryan and his team were able to quickly get me in and properly diagnose and replace my front axle U-joints. While in there they also found one of the lugnuts I had repaired myself (incorrectly, thanks for the wrong part Oreilles!) and replaced it with the correct one.
