I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

Everything was great. The only thing that I would kind of complain about it took over six hours to do it so thank you very much. I really appreciate everything you did for us.

I can honestly say that after buying and leasing cars for over 30 years this is the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! First I will start with my salesman Alfredo Barros. I reached out to the Delray Beach Dealership to inquire about an M4 2026. Within an hour, Alfredo had done a complete check of every M4 that met my criteria. He followed up with me after emailing and texting me several M4s that I might be interested in. He answered every question about the options on each car to make sure I knew every option that was included in the build. He was very knowledgeable and even though I have had several M BMW Models, he explained a few things I didnt know. Like the difference between the Full and Extended Merino leather packages. I had 2 other M4s that I was looking at at two other dealerships here in South Florida that also met my criteria. Alfredo asked me to come by the dealership to see it in person. Mainly to see the full Merino Red Leather package. By the time I arrived at the dealership, he had the car full washed and ready for me to see in its best condition. He then offered for me to take it for a test drive. While on the test drive, Alfredo explained a few things that are new on the 2026 M4 from the previous M4 I purchased a few years ago. After the test drive, we came inside to go over the numbers. It was at this time that Alfredo introduced me to Wonnell Godfrey. Wonnell was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest and upfront. He went over all of the information and provided a few different options depending on the down payment I was looking to make. He and Alfredo made me feel really at home not only showing me that they wanted my business, but that they both valued my business. Of course 50% of my decision was the car and the options it had, but the reason I went ahead and made the decision to lease the car from Delray Beach BMW without going to the other two dealerships was simple. As representatives of the business, my interactions with Alfredo and Wonnell won my business! I am a business owner for over 25 years. Yes, price is important but for me its not as important as the people I am doing business with. I knew after meeting with these guys, this was the dealership I wanted to do business with. By the time I started signing paperwork I felt like I was dealing with friends. Alfredo even bought me lunch, which showed his level of integrity since he already had my business. Not all dealerships are created equally, and after being in and out of BMW dealerships in South Florida for over 15 years, my future business will now exclusively be with Delray Beach BMW. My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . There was no hard pressure sales . They got us in and out in a very timely fashion. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Stephen and Rob were great Consultants not car salesman. The price of the car we bought was not a steal .But at a fair price for a car that should be able to be driven for many years without worry . Thank you to the staff at Ft. On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)

Our buying process was delightful. After contacting other Nissan dealers in Miami only Auto Nation Nissan and their Internet sales person Mr.David Moya contacted us and answered the preliminary finding. We did not felt pressured by the salesperson or by anyone when we visited the dealer. At the dealer we were introduced to the General Manager as well as others, the buying process was smooth everything was explained.
