When we agreed on a fair price, the sales manager delivered my new car and took my trade-in car back to the dealership! We completed the paperwork in five minutes at my home. Car was taken in for a recall. I dropped it off at the scheduled time and was told 2 hours. It was done promptly. The car was washed and the dash and instrument panel wiped down.

Always provide great service and are friendly. One thing to watch out for is Nissan complimentary multi-point inspection includes checking the brakes. They will exclude it unless they are doing a tire rotation during the service. The brake check is important to me at this time because they are the original brakes and I am at 58K miles. They pushed back but eventually agreed to check the brakes during this service. I learned I should budget for brake service in the next 3-6 months. I will have the brakes done at the dealer when they need replacement.
