No xx - never tries to push “extra” unnecessary services. Never seems stressed or grumpy. I sometimes arrive grumpy and he puts me right at ease

The service department manager and definitely my service. Advisor Preston went above and beyond the Call of Duty to try and diagnose. And fix the problem of my car Although all problems were not fixed, it was very tricky and I am very grateful for the help. The expertise and their handling of the situation. Again, kudos goes off to prested my service. Advisor and the serviceman, whose name escapes me right now.

Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.

Salesman was very helpful & made me feel so comfortable. I will recommend this salesman to my friends & family. The salesman listened to me when I told him what I was looking for.

Eddie was very easy to work with and super kind. He answered all of my silly questions without judgement. He allowed me to take the car for as long as I wanted and I felt no pressure whatsoever. We stopped by to just look around at the used cars. It was just closing time. As we were looking a sales person came over to talk with us. Her name is Patricia Stapleton. She was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. We ended up taking a car for a test drive. Even though the dealership closed Patricia did not rush us. She was extremely patient.
