I had a very stress free and simple purchase. My salesman Sayed was outstanding — very knowledgeable, very accommodating of changing schedules, and very pleasant to work with. There were none of the “usual tricks” — disappearing with the trade-in keys, asking “what it would take to buy the car today” etc etc. They honored the “internet price” without being asked. The best compliment I can give is that I would go back there to buy another new car.

I?ve bought a fair number of cars through my life and had a wide range of experiences and Waldorf Toyota is the dealership by which I will judge other dealerships for a long while, I think. Huge shout out to salesman John Cooper for being diligent, informative, and respectfully insistent while helping me get a much better deal than I was initially offered at another dealership. Also want to give a nod to D?marius Swann in Finance for his helpfulness through that part of the process which is always a little stressful. And even to DJ who delivered the cars to me a fair distance and didn?t complain one bit about it. If you are not already shopping at Waldorf Toyota for your next vehicle, stop everything and contact them.

This was the best experience ever. When I tell you the entire process was so smooth and the jeep looked even better in person I truly mean that. It was everything I wanted and I truly had the greatest advisor, Angela Collins. She texted me, she called me and was very prompt sending me the paperwork so we could start the sales process. It also helped that she was so fun and funny, any nervousness I had when I walked in disappeared the moment I met her. She’s now my best friend in my head so make sure to ask for her! I recently took my 2012 MDX (over 120,000 miles and still going strong) in for service. It was rather late in the day - around 4 pm - and I did not have an appointment. Branden Hayes was my service advisor, and he was able to get my car scheduled for service on the spot. I was going to be waiting for my vehicle and Branden advised it would take 1.5 - 2 hours to complete the maintenance. I sat in a very nice waiting room and enjoyed some light refreshments while I waited. Another Acura employee was walking around handing out Christmas Cards. He gave me one that had a 10% discount coupon inside. The card clearly stated that the coupon must be displayed at the time service is written up, but I immediately took it over to Branden who assured me that he would apply the discount towards my service invoice. My vehicle service was completed in a timely fashion (just under 1.5 hours) and I saved a little bit of money to. I have been using Acura of Laurel's service department since they opened and have always received this type of service. They always make me feel welcome, and the services they perform have kept all of my vehicles running smoothly. I have had four Acuras over the years - an 89 Integra, a 05 TL (my favorite!), a 2012 MDX and a 2020 TLX Technology, which is my current daily driver. All of these were serviced at Acura of Laurel. The TL had over 225,000 miles when I finally traded it in, and it was still running flawlessly. Thank you, Acura of Laurel, for the exceptional level of service that you provide.

He made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase, and his customer service truly went above and beyond. The car was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and runs perfectly. I had a terrific experience at this dealership! I was very nervous going into this whole process as this was the first time ever buying a new car by myself. I had recently just had my previous car totaled by the insurance company unfortunately and needed to get a new car. (RIP to my Nissan Versa) I researched the car and trim level/features I wanted and then found dealers in my state that had the specific car I was looking for. I then weeded out the dealers that had poor reputations online. Nissan of Bowie had a good reputation online and also had the cheapest listing online for the exact car I was looking for (a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV with Cold Weather Package.) I showed up and met a salesman named Perfection. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact car that was listed online available anymore but they were able to find one elsewhere and get it over to their dealership in a timely manner. Perfection and the sales manager were able to offer me a fantastic rate for the car and were very easy to work with. I did go visit another dealership before I pulled the trigger on the car at Bowie just to get a sense of what other places were offering and to get a little bit of leverage to negotiate. I did not have a good experience with the other dealership despite them offering me a slightly better price, about $200 less than what Bowie ended up agreeing to. The sales manager was very intimidating and not very friendly so I ended up going back to Bowie and we got a deal done. Perfection was very kind and patient with me as I struggled with several technical difficulties trying to fill out the paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. He managed to make the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible, given the circumstances. The sales manager was also very reasonable and was willing to work with me to get a fantastic deal. Finally I’d like to thank the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. He was fantastic and a really cool dude. I had difficulty making payment at first because my bank daily withdrawal limit was way below my down payment. It took forever to get my bank to raise the limit and then even longer to get the transaction to go through. He was incredibly kind and patient with me about the whole thing and I got to speak with him a little bit about life and past experiences and whatnot while we waited on hold forever with my bank to get their act together. (For those inexperienced at buying cars like I was, either make sure your bank cards daily limit withdrawal limits are high enough for what you plan to spend before you go to the dealership, or bring a checkbook or cash lol. Next time I buy a car I’m bringing my checkbook just in case as a backup anyway) In summary, if you are looking to buy a new car, Perfection and the whole team over at Bowie of Nissan will treat you right. And if they don’t have the exact car of your dreams on the lot, they will work quick to get you that car and will negotiate in good faith to get you a good deal. PS if you drive for Uber or do Uber Eats currently and have done at least 50 trips you can qualify for discounts on a large number of different new cars!
