I really have amazing experience in Koeppel Nissan léase a new rogue 2021 especially with the big help of Danny colon he is very professional big thanks to him and Luis from finance department.

This car looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Mileage is good and the car handles very well. One flaw, though, is that there’s no button from inside to raise the hatchback or a button on the key fob to open it. It’s also a bit hard to reach up and close the hatchback. If these things were included, the car would be flawless.

My husband, son and I were very fortunate to have Mr. David Grant assist us in the purchase of our vehicle. Mr Grant was very professional, patient and very attentive to all our questions. It was easy to discuss all our options with him and at the end of the visit, we were happy with our purchase. His main goal was to ensure our satisfaction. I love this car! I've had it since Thanksgiving and the only complaint is that the tailgate must be opened by hand, no button anywhere to open it. I don't need a large vehicle and the sport version makes it a good size. It's comfortable, like my 3 previous Nissans. I haven't spent a lot of time with the infotainment, but it works for me. All of the warnings can be a bit overwhelming, but nice to have.

My regular service advisor was not on duty so I was greeted by Michael D’Loia who precisely understood that I didn’t want tire rotation service because I had a tire contract elsewhere and that I wanted the air filter I purchased elsewhere to be installed and I would only pay for the install. Also, I wanted the old filter(smile). He graciously noted my requests and after my car was ret’d all of my specifications had been followed.
