We recently purchased a Nissan from another dealership, which unfortunately came with an unresolved mechanical issue. After that dealership was unable to diagnose the problem, they referred us to Dennis Dillon. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the experience was exceptional. Kierra Briggs answered my call and, after patiently listening to the details of a complicated situation, helped me schedule an appointment efficiently and professionally. At our appointment, Kierra continued to impress. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive — not only addressing our primary concern but also taking note of several minor issues. Her technician successfully diagnosed the problem that the original dealership had been unable to identify. While we were unable to have Dennis Dillon complete the repairs, as the selling dealership is financially responsible and requires us to return to them, the contrast in customer service could not have been more stark. After our frustrating experience elsewhere, working with Kierra was a breath of fresh air. Without question, Dennis Dillon — and Kierra specifically — will be our first call for all of our automotive needs going forward.
