This dealership was very responsive as far as booking an appointment to see vehicle and confirming. When we arrived for appointment, they had the van all started up, running and waiting for us to test drive immediately. Gave us time needed to look at vehicle and were reasonable when coming to terms.

As an all gas car, the Versa gets great gas mileage. It starts without hesitation and has no quirks. It is a little cramped. As a 5"2' woman I have short legs and my knee hits the steering column while breaking. The seats are not the most comfortable.

I purchased used 2019 Nissan Versa from Hosick motors in Vandalia IL. Customer service was great no complaints they treat you like family. I've only had the vehicle a day, no complaints so far. If you are looking for fast acceleration this vehicle is a four cylinder and drives accordingly.

The car has pluses and a few minuses. First the good things. It is by far one of the smoothest vehicles I've ever driven, especially highway driving. You barely feel the road. Breaking is quick and responsive which adds to the smooth driving experience. The car is agile and has a impressive turning radius. Engine performance is adequate but acceleration is a bit weak especially taking it from 0 to 60. so you will not be passing every car on the road with this. Also the car sways a bit in high winds so it feels like you have to fine tune the steering at highway speeds to stay in lane. Exterior stying of car is also a bit unorthodox with it's small 15 inch wheels and oversized headlights. Interior is very comfortable for most people seats are comfortable with good back support. The rear seating is large for a subcompact with excellent legroom . The dash is not terribly impressive though cheap plastic is used and the glove compartment is too small . Also audio system is subpar and basic. What I love about the car is the price, the gas mileage and the comfort and reliability. If your looking for fancy or fast look elsewhere.

Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! I love this car. There is plenty of room inside. Easy to drive and park. Large trunk space and I got a basic model. I did not want the bells and whistles so I got a basic model and it's perfect for me. Plenty of get up and go but not a race car. I even helped a friend who liked mine get a Nissan Versa Note.

I purchased this model New from big local Nissan dealer in my city in 2016. Mine is the blue model. Has great gas mileage, to this day. Was a good deal, on a basic car, with no frills. Worked great until 3 summer, right after 3 year warranty expired, the A/C totally quit. Had it checked, was the compressor. Over $1,000 fix. About the same time, strangely the paint started bubbling up in the between the rear doors on both side, and in crease where rear window meets the trunk. Flake after flake, will not stop and now a large section is gone on both back sides. For a 3 year old new car at the time, I was not happy. It is now 7 years old, and the chipping continues. Disappointing, and I have seen many of the same complaints online.

I needed a new car just for travel. I wanted it to get really high gas mileage and be dependable and comfortable. I have owned Nissan cars in the past and they were extremely reliable. I selected the Versa SV because of the low price and all the features you get. I am pleased with the quality of the car. It is well built, has no rattles, is fairly quiet inside for a small car and is comfortable. The quality of the interior is much higher than you would expect for such a low priced car. The fit and finish of this car is flawless. A friend also has one and he travels constantly and he has put 179,000 miles on his Versa with no problems. . For this model year, Nissan put a feature in the CV transmission that makes it feel like it is shifting. AC works great etc. Good radio/CD/Mp3 player. lots of extras. Gas mileage is insane at 44MPG highway and 29-30 MPG city. I was going to upgrade to a 2021 because of the newer design but I did not like the 2021 because I am tall and the visibility in the newer design is not near as good as the 2017. On the newer design the roof seems lower, the side windows seem smaller, as does the windshield. I want good visibility in a car especially a small car. In reality the car is not that small. My neighbor has a very expensive German crossover SUV and they are actually about the same size. To me, the Nissan Versa is our generation's Volkswagen beetle only a lot better and safer. I also think the car is fun to drive and it is quick and handles fairly well. A real bargain. Before you buy a used car for the same price, you may want to check into a Versa.

It may not be the prettiest car, it's not a 300 for sure.... But I will say it is very reliable. It hasn't broken down after 70k miles of owning it. I use to be a CDL driver and try to take care of any vehicle in my possession. Economy on the vehicle is great, usually averaging 36 miles per gallon. It's small, living in the city means it is great for tight spaces. No extravagant luxuries, very basic, not very comfortable for long trips, but if you can suck it up, it will get you were you need to go without breaking down

I came to Carmax looking for to test drive a Nissan Leaf I saw on cars.com. Actually, I tried another dealership first for the same type of car, but that dealer was closed on Sunday. CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.

Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

Great car my 2016 has only 64000 miles standard 4 four door would not trade it for the world. It’s paid for, I enjoy the ride. Yes, when passing 18 wheeler drive careful. Great for the money.

Purchased the car for a 16 year old. Very basic car, but perfect for our purposes. New enough should last her through college, low mileage, and basic enough repairs should not be a burden on her. Excellent gas mileage exceeding some hybrids.

Now at 77000 Kliks & 10 yrs old a great bargain car! Fuel economy still around 7L/100Klm. No rust (except wheel rims) good seats rather coldish in winter tho... Only money spent on front end stabilizer bar & steering bits. Cant complain about tranny -its a stupid "puredrive" but we lucked into getting the OVERDRIVE option. That was our salvation!

I've been driving my Versa for 3 years all over the Southwest US. I bought it with 53,000 miles on it, now it has 98,372. The only issues are with the electrical. The drivers side window was stuck down for a few days, then started working again. Sometimes the stereo doesn't come on at all. Will only sync with iPhone, not Android. This car doesn't weigh much and driving in high winds is scary- moving heavy stuff worked for ballast but of course effected the mileage. Airbag light has been on since I bought it. The only thing I really don't like is the design of the glove box- it doesn't have side walls so things fall off to the side and keep it from closing. GREAT on gas! I only have to stop twice on a 9 hour trip if I start with a full tank. Overall a great little car.

We saw a Mini Roadster they had on cars.com. I inquired about it snd someone got right back with us. The day we were out to test drive it the car was waiting for us. No pressure sales- easy process. They allowed us to take the car to a prepurchase inspection at the local mini dealership and it came back needing new front tires- other than that the car was great/ low mileage too. Buying the car was a breeze. Would def recommend this dealership the owner was a pleasure to deal with.
