I had an overall really good experience. This is the purchase of my first car, personally, I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding the automotive industry and mechanics, so the guidance from the salesperson was very helpful and it's clear that it was in her interest for me to get the best deal possible. One thing I would recommend as an improvement is that I felt pressured to make a decision at points in the process. I understand that the role of a salesperson is to guide the customer into making a decision, but sometimes I felt that not all of my doubts were answered, or that there wasn't enough clarity on what stage of the process we were in. Additionally, the car turned out to have a malfunction on the battery two days after the purchase, which shows that the repair process wasn't done with extreme attention to detail. However, the staff was efficient and really helpful in fixing the issue and ensuring I was satisfied with my choice. The thing I'll highlight the most about the experience is the dedication to the customer and the desire for me to get a great deal.

Shania and Linette, who work in the service department, are always incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable, and remarkably efficient in handling all my needs. Their professionalism and dedication make every visit a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Overall the experience and customer service is my favorite part of this location. I brought my car for service then attempted to buy or lease a car. Although I drove home with my original car the experience and customer service I received was amazing. Thanks again

My wife and I came in looking for a 2024 Nissan Frontier S King Cab 2WD. The price was good, but during the buying process our sales advisor Jerry also showed us a 2024 NISSAN Frontier PRO-X. For $500 more this truck had less mileage, 3-person passenger seating and safety driving features. This truck fit our budget and in the end we decided that this was the truck for us! The processing of the purchase was seamless albeit still a long processing time. We got a truck that fit our budget and still had enough left over to purchase a 7-yr CPO wrap-around bumper-bumper warranty that gave my wife and I peace of mind.

I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.

We traveled up from Fort Myers with two appointments to look at a used car for my daughter. The first appointment with another dealer was an absolute joke, but then we traveled an hour to Kendall — and what a difference! First impression: the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good.
