My experience with Byerly Ford was Outstanding!!! I had my eye on a car for about a week. I made an Inquiry about it, and Brian, the Internet Sales Manager got in touch with me. We texted back and forth for a few days about the car and pricing. I was also put in contact with Martice Glenn, Sales Associate. Greeted as soon as we walked in the showroom. Harley was our salesman who was very polished and answered all our questions with complete knowledge. Dealing with him was easy with no high pressure. Negotiations only took 10-15 minutes and I had a new vehicle. My only complaint is that there is too much paperwork and signing. It’s a waste of paper! He even offered to wash my suv! Overall experience was positive and I will tell others who are shopping for a professional dealership.
