Hertz Car Sales Warminster review
I was searching for a very specific vehicle, one which came to the lot of Hertz Car Sales in Warminster, PA. My online inquiry was very quickly answered by Mike Moore, one of the sales staff. He was exceptionally helpful in answering my questions about the car and the sales process and worked closely with my lender all while out of state. He worked diligently to find answers to all of my complicated questions, taking lots of time. Unfortunately, the deal fell through to no fault of Mike. I wanted a new car for the new year 2026 so me and my wife went Hertz Auto Sales Philadelphia on Essington avenue. Where I traded my 2015 Ford Taurus Limited with 51400 miles. I received an offer of almost $6000 which I used for my down payment on my new 2025 Genesis G70 2.5 RWD 18,000 miles on and in excellent condition. My sales rep Mr. Robert Morrel who on that might work his A*" off because they were short on staffing that night but regardless he got me & my wife a very good deal on my new 2025 G70 RWD 2.5 customer service was a 10 (5) stars my financial rep got me an excellent interest rate on my vehicle. I noticed that needed a new tire for the car that was ordered today as was 1 other item that my financial rep took care of overall a very very good new car buying experience. So should anyone in Philadelphia and surrounding areas looking for a hassle free new car buying experience Head to Hertz Auto Sales on Essington avenue. Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. Appears service and sales are separate entities that may not work well together? Can't say, but that's what I was told and there seems to be a disconnect. Either way, I expect to have the car back soon. I will update this response as needed. As of today, Sales is driving the solution and has done the right thing. Pending the resolution, I would buy here again.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Rogue on 10-11-12. It was an easy, actually fun experience. The sales man was not pushy, it was an easy process and everyone was very helpful. I love my new car. I would recomend carmax to anyone who wants a stress free car buying experience.
