I purchased used 2019 Nissan Versa from Hosick motors in Vandalia IL. Customer service was great no complaints they treat you like family. I've only had the vehicle a day, no complaints so far. If you are looking for fast acceleration this vehicle is a four cylinder and drives accordingly.

If you have a child in car seat, know that when you use key faub to unlock car the doors automatically lock once you open the door after like 30 seconds. I set keys down next to car seat and closed door. I had to call fire department because I locked son in car. Just a heads up. I thought door beeped and stayed unlocked if you left you keys in car but not in this situation.

Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. We tried going the private seller route and even going to car dealerships around town, but it was a big waste of time since other dealers have high pressure sales and hidden charges such as dealership fees or accessory fees. Then we had the issue of private sellers not being upfront honest about their car's history or actual ownership of the car. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Overall I want to thank Tammy Watkins and the rest of the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance team that helped our family buy 2 cars in the same week. After purchasing a '21 versa, I found it got great gas mileage, around 38 city and 42 highway. The only thing I don't like is the back window. Very hard to clean (inside), no wiper, so when it rains you can't see through it

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

Bought this when I needed better fuel efficiency than I was getting in my previous vehicle. I currently have just over 12,000 miles on it, and my gas mileage is at 42.8 mpg total. That is getting close to the hybrid range. Very pleased. It still has plenty of power to get up to highway speed as well. Cruises very well at 70-75 mph.

Went to Phat’s today to look at a Camry and can say this was easily my best dealer experience. Phat took the time out of his busy day to talk with me about the car and share his great knowledge of the engines and navigating the used car buying experience. He gave me advice and was honest and straight up with me placing no pressure to buy the car even giving advice which would lead me elsewhere. If your like me and hate going to dealerships because of the sellers you usually encounter, I can assure you that if you walk in and ask for Phat he will give you that feeling right off the bat that he is a trust worthy person. He will give you advice about the vehicle (coming from a master auto technician) and get you into something that is right for you not into some xxx that has the best profit margin. Also if your cool he will even show you cars he is working on in his shop and shoot the xxxx! My experience today was different (for the better) because the small issues I had with the car he was willing to sit down and go over making a list to fix before we made a deal… where I am used to the seller dropping the notorious “the car is priced for what your getting”. Anyways, he has clean cars there and stands by them with a warranty that is rare in the used car business. And trust me when you talk to him you know he will stand behind his warranty and his cars. That is why I will be going back.. he just had a vehicle come in that I like but is not ready yet. Thanks again Phat for all the knowledge and just being a cool dude!

I purchased my 2010 versa sedan automatic used with 132,000 miles for $4,000 tax, title and tags. It now has 201,000 miles and going. Yes I have had strut, breaks and motor mount issues along the way totaling around $2,000 separately and some warning lights stay on at all times but this has been the most reliable car for the least money I have ever spent. Gas mileage around 25 mpg enough comfort for an easy 250 mile trip the cruise control no longer works nor the horn but everything else still in working order. Some clear coat issues on the paint but maybe not for showing it’s definitely for going most importantly no transmission issues which have been reported less invasive in this model year.

Mr. Escobar was very good in explaining the different parts of the vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Only problem was parking near the dealership is limited, with parking meters near the facility. Even calling the facility I was told to park where ever I could. Fortunately Mr. Escobar reached me and allowed me to parking within the facility. Good thing he did for I would have left.
